We spent $35,000 on a 2017 Tahoe and less than 60 days later we are still driving on the drive out tags and having to replace a battery and put new lifters in the engine which is almost $3000 and when I t later we are still driving on the drive out tags and having to replace a battery and put new lifters in the engine which is almost $3000 and when I took it back the service department at first told me to take it to a Chevy dealership and I asked for help with the cost seeing that we were less than 60 days and still haven’t even received our tags, and they offered us a 10% discount on $2,800 repair bill. They only care about the all mighty dollar and not the customer! DO NOT buy from Greenway Kia! More

Do not go here for sales or service. They say one thing the first day and then never answer their phone, mislead, and keep you waiting to do service on your car. It's car xxxx. Worst dealership I have ever been too in 6 years of owning Kias and servicing in several states. More
I've been servicing my car at this dealership for years. Their services are outstanding, consistent, and reliable, especially when compared to others. Sometimes you get a free car wash too. Kia has provided me the worst experience I have ever had. I took the car in for a window which was repaired by this location less than a year ago due to bad manufacturing on Kia's behalf. Upon taking the car I took the car in for a window which was repaired by this location less than a year ago due to bad manufacturing on Kia's behalf. Upon taking the car in on Monday, I was charged a $277.93 diagnostic fee, and was assured the repair was under warranty being that this is the second time the window itself has malfunctioned. 30 minutes after dropping the car off for repair this Saturday, I was called and notified that there is an additional part needed and that part in particular it is not covered under warranty, meaning I would have to come out of pocket. This was completely unexpected, and should have been stated when the car was diagnosed. What was the point of paying a $300 diagnostic fee if they can't perform a proper diagnosis and pinpoint all of the issues with the vehicle? They refused to refund the $300 for diagnostics, and we are in no position to pour more money into faulty manufactured widows that are constantly malfunctioning. This is clearly an issue with Kias, specifically in my case, Kia Optimas. Kia is obviously benefitting from their cheap manufacturing because dealerships are gouging customers of money to repair low quality cars that constantly break down. I took the car home with the broken window at cost of $277.93. Needless to say this is the worst dealership I have ever purchased a car from. More
