I got there late and then went to IHOP for a late lunch. I forgot they were closing at 4:00 PM and held them up about 15 minutes. I went in to get something minor fixed (under warranty) and regular service-I told the guy I wasn't working much, so I would need to know how much it would be before proceeding and he agreed he would-he al and regular service-I told the guy I wasn't working much, so I would need to know how much it would be before proceeding and he agreed he would-he also explained that some things we went over probably didn't need to be done at that visit-hey great even better-so I initialed the paper work over this "little box that was blank" (my bad)-giving them permission to look at the car and fix the problem I asked to be fixed (or so I thought)-when I went back the next day to get my car it was almost $500.00-when I explained what the guy and I talked about $ wise-that they were suppose to let me know if it was going to be more than we discussed they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about (and maybe they didn't but)-of course the guy I spoke with about this was off that day-they said they tried to call him, but couldn't reach him-they gave me a choice at least-I could either pay the money or they could keep my car-they heard words that I don't normally use in public (which shocked both of us and didn't help at all except to make me feel better)-so I paid it and left b/c it wasn't really a choice-turns out the main reason I took it up there for to begin with was not only not fixed they made it worse-I still haven't taken it back to get that fixed again b/c I still have such bad feelings toward that place I can't make myself do it-All the reviews I read are all on the money-THEY SUCK! I wouldn't buy another Kia even if it was the best price/car on earth-just b/c of the service dept.-and the commercial-"don't leave until you see me"-he doesn't want me to see him-it wouldn't be pretty-I turn the channel b/c it turns my stomach! You've been warned and hopefully will be wiser than I was...................no blank boxes! More

First, I want to sale that my salesman Wayne Upshur was AWESOME, and nothing I say in the following statment reflects on him at all. I bought a 2009 Kia Sportage with only 6 miles on it when I drove of AWESOME, and nothing I say in the following statment reflects on him at all. I bought a 2009 Kia Sportage with only 6 miles on it when I drove off the lot. After driving it for a few days I noticed that I had a viberation in the steering. I thinking the tires where out of balance I returned to the dealership for them to service my SUV. I left there still having a viberation at high speeds. I again returned. This went on for several weeks, months, etc. After 16 new tires, 8 new rims, an entire new front end AND a new engine, my 2009 KIA sportages still has a viberation. Sad, I know... I contacted KIA head quaters to get them involved, we then went on the hunt for a new 09 sportage. That wasn't a sucess because all models had been sold or wasn't a fit for us. My husband and I visited Mr. DONT YOU LEAVE UNTIL YOU SEE ME during this time period. During our meeting he assured us that he was going to do whatever he needed to do to make us happy. He was leaving to go out of the country and promised to return our call when he returned. That was October 2009, and I have YET to recieve that phone call from Chris on this day 06/27/12. Oh and my 2009 KIA sportage still has a viberation!! Sad, that I am still paying a note on a vehicle that the CERTIFIED machanics at Hickory Hollow Carnaval Kia can't seem to fix. More

I got a great price on my car and the staff has been excellent to deal with. Any problems I have encountered with anything has been quickly resolved. I have been there many times but had to leave every time without seeing Chris Bostick :-) Really had no need to ..Just had to throw that in. More
