I brought the car in for a problem that I have now had four times over a two The folks are very nice to deal with. However, I do have some concerns. I brought the car in for a problem that I have now had four times over a two year period. The last visit for this problem was in May. I also brought it in for a replacement headlamp. The service man came back to ask me which headlamp. I told him, but thought they could have just turned it on to find out. When the car was "ready", I paid for it, but when I turned it on, the check engine light was still on. A service man came out, and found that whoever had worked on it had "hooked up both vaccuum tubes lines, but had not reconnected the electrical line." Did not give me feeling of confidence overall. I do not feel assured that they have really fixed the problem. I guess it's a waiting game now. More

Service visit The service team is very friendly and helpful. They keep me informed of the progress and bring things to my attention that I have been meaning to do The service team is very friendly and helpful. They keep me informed of the progress and bring things to my attention that I have been meaning to do but forget when I schedule my appointments. From what I have seen they treat their customers like family, not the type of family you don't want to admit you are related too, the kind that takes care of each other and helps one another. Granted they may cost a little more than having family do it but the time it saves us plus their experience is well worth the price. They have never treated me wrong and always makes my visits enjoyable. If I forget to as something or get home and realize I don't understand something on the paperwork I know I can call and they seem genuinely happy to help me understand. Oil Change I had a great experience buying my car here, but the exact opposite with service. I was charged for removal of my rain guards, which was supposed to have been included as a courtesy when I bought the car. Then I had to bring the car back the same day because the removal of the guards had been so poorly done that there was glue all over the car. More
