Service visit The service team is very friendly and helpful. They keep me informed of the progress and bring things to my attention that I have been meaning to do The service team is very friendly and helpful. From what I have seen they treat their customers like family, not the type of family you don't want to admit you are related too, the kind that takes care of each other and helps one another. Granted they may cost a little more than having family do it but the time it saves us plus their experience is well worth the price. They have never treated me wrong and always makes my visits enjoyable. If I forget to as something or get home and realize I don't understand something on the paperwork I know I can call and they seem genuinely happy to help me understand. Oil Change I had a great experience buying my car here, but the exact opposite with service. I was charged for removal of my rain guards, which was supposed to have been included as a courtesy when I bought the car. Then I had to bring the car back the same day because the removal of the guards had been so poorly done that there was glue all over the car. More

So Far, So Good! I bought my first Kia here and the sales & service people have been great to work with. I didn't have an appointment and the staff told me it would be about 90 minutes. I had no problem waiting, so I did. 40 minutes later, I was in the car on my way home. I had my oil changed and tired rotated. I know it's hard to believe, but I love bringing my car by. Staff is great. More

Very professional and friendly staff When I first arrived, I didn't know where to go and Mickey walked by and asked if he could help. My next encounter was with a guy (don't remember his name) who explained everything to me. Gave me the cost and was willing to answer any questions. The day my vehicle was serviced, they had to order part, this guy went above his responsibility. It was going to take 5-6 hours to repair vehicle. He called and got me a rental car so I didn't have to sit there all day. I did not expect that!!!!! Even though I had prepared to spend the day there, his kind gesture was appreciated more than he knows!!!!! Great job!!!!! He went above and beyond!!!!! My next encounter was with the cashier. She is precious. Had a great personality and attitude! More
