Two years ago I had to have a complete rebuild of my 2016 Kia shortages engine. Best customer service experience I ever had by a anybody in my 66 years of living. I believe his name was Terrence and when I had my car towed in last Thursday I expected at least good service since he was no longer there. I had the MISFORTUNE OF BEING HELPED BY LANA. She was very unprofessional and refused to give me an estimate on the work to be done four times over five days. I had to see my attorney for the funds to be dispersed from my trust to pay so I went by what I found on the internet to give a guesstimate and when I picked up my car LANA DROPPED $650 bill on what I thought would be at most $450. LANA was ride and disrespectful and lied to me and broke the law according to my attorney for NOT giving me a written estimate on service that exceeded $250 I will never go back there and will never recommend that dealership to any of my social media followers. Or buy another Kia ever . More
Dealership was not transparent with pricing. We were offered up to $5,000 over Kelly Blue Book Value, which sounded great, but that's where the troubles began. The management rolled the savings into a luxury package that we never requested which forced the price up to an unaffordable level. When my husband and I challenged it, one of the managers gave us an illogical explanation regarding supply and demand that failed to pass any level of muster. When I respectfully noted that my husband and I were preparing to leave immediately, the manager mysteriously came back with an offer that was more reflective of the advertised price without the luxury package. Also, my husband expressly indicated that our financing would be handled through Capital One. The managers routed it through numerous additional financial institutions without permission which made a mess on our credit reports that we're still dealing with to this day. In all, we're very happy with our car, but the process was unnecessarily stressful. More
