. I am an elderly woman who bought a used 2013 Kia Soul at CarMax. I have been taking my car to Greenway Kia in Franklin, TN and have had good overall experiences with this dealership though it’s not nea at CarMax. In the summer of 2022 my car had a check engine light on and began dying at stop sighs after I had driven for a few minutes. I made an appointment with the Greenway Kia dealership at Hickory Hollow because it was closer to where I live. I took off work, brought the car in for the appointment and they said they couldn't possibly look at my car at the appointment time due to the amount of testing they had to do. I had to rent a car in the Hickory Hollow area for a couple of days. The Hickory Hollow rep. said to call him the next day to find out what was going on. I called him and was told he had the day off. When I called the following day he said that they had driven my car and it hadn’t died on them. They had done no testing on my car and I needed $1800 worth of maintenance the Franklin, TN dealership had not said anything about. I had the work done and the following day I returned the rental and picked up my car. As I drove home the car died again. I was not a happy camper. I bought a new car and it was not a KIA. More
I called first to set up an appointment. The girl I talked to was very nice. I brought my car in and was told that it would be 2 1/2 hours and I waited in the waiting area which was very nic The girl I talked to was very nice. Asked if I had any questions and gave me his phone number to call him and they were finished in the time they told me. I am so impressed with this dealership. I had very bad experiences with another Kia dealership, and I will never go back to them, however I am very happy that I have a good dealership to go to, and I hope it stays that way. Michael also explained what they did and I have copies of everything and I was very pleased entirely with the whole process. Thank you so much. More

Been trying for over a week to get an answer from their accounting department as to how this could’ve happened, but right now they are not returning my calls. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!! More
Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow service department IS A JOKE.I have a bent rim it has been sitting in the service department for two weeks. They sold us on this warranty so the warranty people told us to t JOKE.I have a bent rim it has been sitting in the service department for two weeks. They sold us on this warranty so the warranty people told us to take it to the dealership so we did. That was A MAJOR MISTAKE. The just now have it over for the repair after it has been sitting in service for 2 weeks been driving on the donut to where now that is done so our car is now sitting. I have not had one phone call from the service department on the status of it. We have called service they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE you leave a message and guess what still no call back. We have drove to the dealership 3 times to see our rim still sitting. They also know that I’m going through some health issues where I have to go back and forth to doctors and surgeries and this added stress has not been good on us and they don’t care. My mom went to the dealership this morning and they finally have our rim getting repaired still don’t know when that will be ready. So we are stuck with no vehicle and they still won’t do anything. I have been getting my Kia’a serviced at Greenway since 2017. My only real complaint, as with most dealership service departments—are the prices and labor fees. Other than that, I’ve always had good customer service experiences, with service reps always helping with coupons and discounts, which is always appreciated. Yesterday, they were a bit short staffed and delayed with getting people checked in, but everyone was kind and apologetic for our waits. My car was finished in a decent time, even considering we added on a couple of things. I really appreciated Lana. I remembered mid-way that I’d gotten (and forgotten) a mailer with an amazing coupon for services I needed but couldn’t afford all of, at the time of check in. When I remembered, I thought to check email and found the same coupon! Lana was understanding, kind, and allowed me to still use it and get the other services, even after they’d already taken my car back. That coupon saved me a nice chunk of change!!! So thank you Lana and maintenance team!!! More
