Tabitha was a breath of fresh air when we came to looking at cars. We have always dreaded buying cars. We were intending on downgrading our vehicle to lower our monthly payments and were honestly not looki at cars. We have always dreaded buying cars. One that was comparable to our current SUV and one that was clearly too luxurious for us to afford. After we sat down to crunch numbers, Tabitha went to go speak with her manager. At that point I spoke with my husband about leaving because I didn't want the downgrade. It didn't seem worth paying less for a car I didn't like as much as ours. However, she came back with quotes for the 2011 pre-owned Kia Sorento instead of the smaller SUV. We both looked at her like she was crazy, but she worked at it until she got us lower payments!!! I started out very unhappy with the Carnival Kia company because of some misunderstanings. Eric was very good at clearing everything up for me.
