i am 20 years old and purchased my first car, with the help of my mom, on Monday. I bought a brand new 2013 Kia rio. I love the car to death. The sales associate we spoke with, Lamar Mitchell, was phenome help of my mom, on Monday. I bought a brand new 2013 Kia rio. I love the car to death. The sales associate we spoke with, Lamar Mitchell, was phenomenal. He was very personable honest and helpful. I do advise to not speak with the Hispanic lady(didn't care to remember her name) that helps with the financing. She was very rude disrespectful and condescending. Because of her lack of customer service skills, we waisted an entire day looking at used cars with her. Thankfully used cars weren't her department and we were helped by Jason Hancock, who like Lamar was very nice and easy to speak with. Once the Hispanic lady was out of the picture we were back on the right track to getting my new car. My overall experience was very good. i recommend these two sales men and this location to anyone. More

Having heard from many friends on how much they liked their Kia, my husband and I decided to start shopping for a new car at Carnival Kia. We Were Not Disappointed! The sales people, Tim and Wayne, wer their Kia, my husband and I decided to start shopping for a new car at Carnival Kia. We Were Not Disappointed! The sales people, Tim and Wayne, were both super nice and were in no way pushy. They showed me several different types of vehicles, explained all the options and allowed me to take my time (and theirs) to decide which would suit me best. I have never felt more comfortable with any dealership in my thirty-something years of buy vehicles. I have now joined my friends in being a more than satisfied Kia owner. I highly recommend Hickory Hollow Carnival Kia and Wayne Upshur if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. THANKS KIA! WE LOVE OUR FORTE! More
First, I want to sale that my salesman Wayne Upshur was AWESOME, and nothing I say in the following statment reflects on him at all. I bought a 2009 Kia Sportage with only 6 miles on it when I drove of AWESOME, and nothing I say in the following statment reflects on him at all. I bought a 2009 Kia Sportage with only 6 miles on it when I drove off the lot. After driving it for a few days I noticed that I had a viberation in the steering. I thinking the tires where out of balance I returned to the dealership for them to service my SUV. I left there still having a viberation at high speeds. I again returned. This went on for several weeks, months, etc. After 16 new tires, 8 new rims, an entire new front end AND a new engine, my 2009 KIA sportages still has a viberation. Sad, I know... I contacted KIA head quaters to get them involved, we then went on the hunt for a new 09 sportage. That wasn't a sucess because all models had been sold or wasn't a fit for us. My husband and I visited Mr. DONT YOU LEAVE UNTIL YOU SEE ME during this time period. During our meeting he assured us that he was going to do whatever he needed to do to make us happy. He was leaving to go out of the country and promised to return our call when he returned. That was October 2009, and I have YET to recieve that phone call from Chris on this day 06/27/12. Oh and my 2009 KIA sportage still has a viberation!! Sad, that I am still paying a note on a vehicle that the CERTIFIED machanics at Hickory Hollow Carnaval Kia can't seem to fix. More
I have always had this idea about car salesmen, but the people I dealt with with were very nice and went out of their way to helpful. They were professional and courteous. We dealt with David Doran...his name is not listed. He did an excellent job. I felt like I got an extremely fair deal on my trade-in and the more we waited, the less the monthly payment got in contrast to did an excellent job.
