Terrible dealership! My Kia has 4 recalls and they didn’t even get to it and I had an appointment! 5 hrs later changed my oil cause I had to pay for that. Best service experience considering the increased sales of Kia vehicles. Had to wait nearly 2 full weeks to get my car in the service department; replaced a tire that was blown due to the result of a shank of Kia vehicles. Had to wait nearly 2 full weeks to get my car in the service department; replaced a tire that was blown due to the result of a shank of steel about 1/2” wide and 1/4” thickness piercing my tire in street construction zone where streets were being stripped up for preparation of new pavement. The pieces that inflicted my tire could be the result of debris from a car crash which are found on the road all the time where accident detail was left by tow truck operator or police on the scene. Have had to replace two new tires in the past 5 years due to road construction and traffic accident debris.Kia Service did schedule me in as quick as they could. When signing on my car at time of purchase I was so happy I got Road Hazard Plus Warranty that is good for the life o. It covers tires, wheels, dent pop-outs, broken windows. Never saw such warranty coverage from a road hazard that is good for the life of the car but is not limited to the tires that came with the vehicle. When additional tires are purchased will not need to buy a new contract. Unbelievable as is the service writer, Kenneth who added to the experience by offering to update a recall on my vehicle. I could not have been treated any better any where else. Everyone at the dealership was asking me at different times how I was doing and were so cordial. This is an award winning dealership at Hickory Hollow in every capacity. Would never go anywhere else for a new vehicle, although may be a pretty good while to pay this vehicle off. We spent $35,000 on a 2017 Tahoe and less than 60 days later we are still driving on the drive out tags and having to replace a battery and put new lifters in the engine which is almost $3000 and when I t later we are still driving on the drive out tags and having to replace a battery and put new lifters in the engine which is almost $3000 and when I took it back the service department at first told me to take it to a Chevy dealership and I asked for help with the cost seeing that we were less than 60 days and still haven’t even received our tags, and they offered us a 10% discount on $2,800 repair bill. They only care about the all mighty dollar and not the customer! DO NOT buy from Greenway Kia! More
