So it seems that this response from Justin Jarek is a generic response to any negative review. I did what the response asked and tried to contact him, I was told he was on a phone call and would call me right back, 2 days later still no returned phone call! It is very clear to me that this response was a facade! Another issue is that my bank called me and is wondering why they still don’t have our title in the mail, they have never had it take this long to receive tags and title. Very very disappointed with this dealership!!

I have spoken with with me Jarek and he was very helpful and expressed his apologies for the miscommunication and my frustration. He has assured me that the repair bill I have paid to fix our car will be taken care of. With that being said I haven’t received the refund yet but have full confidence in speaking with him that it will be. And for that we are grateful and very pleased with the outcome of this situation! Thank you very much Mr Jarek!
