Great help, quick service! Will definitely be returning. I was told things about my car such as having to have the Kia filter on my oil or my warranty would be void. I was told things about my car such as having to have the Kia filter on my oil or my warranty would be void. More

Carnival Kia is different. Different from any other automotive dealership I have ever visited. I was so surprised at how easy they made the car buying experience I had to ask what makes the difference automotive dealership I have ever visited. I was so surprised at how easy they made the car buying experience I had to ask what makes the difference to them. I was told that the cars are only "hunks of metal", they don't try to hang onto them. "There is more metal where these came from and we're here to help buyers like you get what they want. It doesn't benefit anyone for us to try to hang onto them and make it hard on our buyers. Our goal is to do everything we can do to make the car buying experience as easy as possible." And, I must add that it definitely was the easiest car buying experience that I have ever experienced. Here's what happened in my particular case: I arrived on a Saturday and was introduced to Mr. Jason Hancock for the first time. I explained that I had a low budget and that I was looking for a small, lightweight, economical SUV. The first car he showed me was a 2011 Chevrolet Aveo and with my trade-in I would be looking at a cost of around $10,900. The car was exactly what I was looking for so I agreed to the deal and headed home to talk it over with my wife. She also agreed so I called Jason and informed him that I'd be back on Sunday to close the deal and take delivery. Jason proceeded with all that dealers do when a car is sold: he prepared all the paperwork in advance, had the car serviced and detailed, removed it from the lot and marked it sold. Meanwhile my wife decided to go "online" and do some research. She read consumer reports and visited competitors websites trying her best to find an even better deal. I got worried. I hoped we would not end up breaking my word to this awesome salesman. My wife discovered that the Nissan Versa had higher consumer ratings, better safety ratings, and a little more luxury than the Aveo. She wanted to look around a little bit more. Sunday we went back to Carnival Kia of Hickory Hollow and asked for Jason. Our new Aveo was ready to go and parked out front. It had been beautifully detailed and serviced. Jason had all the papers ready for us to sign. And I had to break the bad news; we wanted to look around. He was so polite and kind about it. He said that is totally fine, these kinds of things happen all the time and it's no big deal. He asked what else we might want to see. We told him a Nissan Versa. Jason grinned from ear to ear and informed me that a nice one had just rolled in at the dealership and that it was not even on the lot yet. It needed to be prep'd first but he was willing to allow us to have a look anyway. So he proceeded to bring it around from a back lot. The Nissan was gorgeous - a silvery metallic blue. It sparkled in the morning sunlight. He offered to let us drive it and the Aveo that we had already agreed to purchase. My wife and I both liked the Versa better, but we had no idea what a nice car like that would cost. It was perfect. 2011, deluxe interior, 40K miles, excellent condition, and all the bells and whistles like cruise control that the Aveo did not have. We asked Jason to work up a deal for us. He happily obliged and two hours after we arrived we left there with the gorgeous car of our dreams for only $750 more than the other car. He took my wife's desire to look around and turned that into a fantastic sale that was a win-win for everyone involved. He was never rude or upset in anyway whatsoever about having to have a second car detailed and serviced nor about having to redo the mound of paperwork. The closing process was equally rewarding. Mr. Kramer took care of that and explained every single detail to us no matter how simple or complex our questions were. Overall, what AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE. Carnival Kia is different. Chris, the guy who says "Don't you leave until you see me" has inspired and infused his enthusiasm into his people. I loved my experience buying a car from them and I will be back for another the next time a need arises. Many thanks to Jason and Kramer for making my car buying experience not only a pleasant one, but if someone were to ask what could have been done to make my experience a better one, I'd be hard pressed to offer any advice at all. I wouldn't change a thing. My experience was as near perfect as one can get. Hats off to Chris who really knows how to inspire his team with true winners. More
