We bought our first Kia in 2008 and had an excellent experience with this purchase. We have always brought our Rondo to Kia to have it serviced and the service department is the best and friendliest we experience with this purchase. We have always brought our Rondo to Kia to have it serviced and the service department is the best and friendliest we have ever dealt with. Jonathan is very good and the rest of the staff also. In fact, he is one of the reasons we came back to see about the buy-back deal sent to us in the mail. The sales person, Michael Thompson, was very helpful in answering our questions and he and Kramer worked hard with us to get the figures right and "make it happen". Universal Kia in Hickory Hollow is one of the BEST in our opinion! We love our new Kia Soul and our favorite commercial is the one with the hamsters riding in the Soul and keeping time with the music!! THANKS again guys you are the BEST!! More

My husband always takes our car in to be serviced, but, he had open heart surgery, so I his wife had to take it this time. Car shopping is not my favorite activity but I left home with the idea of what I wanted. Tim showed us both used and newer models of cars explaining the pros and cons of each. This is in response to the comment left by unknown0325. I have a Kia Borrego that was purchased at, and also gets all of her check ups done at the Hickory Hollow location. I was in the store on Thursday I have a Kia Borrego that was purchased at, and also gets all of her check ups done at the Hickory Hollow location. I was in the store on Thursday when a very rude couple came into the store and were demanding that they have something fixed under warranty. I overheard most of the conversation but due to the language of both the man in the overalls and his rude wife, I left the area to go and wait in the waiting room. However I still heard the argument. In the service guys defense, they never made any rude comments- even though they were being told, with very inappropriate language, how to do their jobs. Every time I have ever been to this store I have been treated with the utmost respect and never would have expected to see and hear such rudeness from fellow Kia owners. The gentlemen in service showed restraint and for that I commend them. I am in a customer service position as well, and it baffles me as to why some people will storm into a place of business looking for a fight- especially when they knew they were in the wrong… I recommend this store to anyone needing service or warranty work on a Kia…. The moment I bought the car, to each time I need the oil changed, tires rotated etc. It is handled with a smile, friendliness and the up-most professionalism! I am constantly getting coupons in the mail so it never feels like " The Service Staff “ is looking for a problem or my wallet Jonathan always ask about myself and family he makes me laugh every time I am there. They always ask if I'd like to wait in the "Lounge" and checks on me twice each time to ask "If I am comfortable or need something?" It’s fast and friendly! If there is any problem with my car, which is seldom ,"Except for nails in the road" Jonathon says “Bring it by and we'll fix you up!” If I was Ed Mcmahon they would get "4 stars". I couldn't not be happier with the employees that work at Carnival Kia in Hickory Hollow. More
