I bought my second Kia Soul This past weekend. From the same salesman as the first in 2011, Jason Handcock. Did not intend buying but they gave me a deal I could not pass up. We bought our first Kia in 2008 and had an excellent experience with this purchase. We have always brought our Rondo to Kia to have it serviced and the service department is the best and friendliest we experience with this purchase. In fact, he is one of the reasons we came back to see about the buy-back deal sent to us in the mail. The sales person, Michael Thompson, was very helpful in answering our questions and he and Kramer worked hard with us to get the figures right and "make it happen". Universal Kia in Hickory Hollow is one of the BEST in our opinion! My husband always takes our car in to be serviced, but, he had open heart surgery, so I his wife had to take it this time.
