Be careful of financing dept. Price of the car was very fair. During financing, they tried to slip an extra 3k in for some type of xx warranty. He let me know if he was trying to slip it in, I would have left with it. Was not asked if I wanted warranty and gap insurance, they just figured it in. Thought he was gonna cry when we refused. They don't like telling the price you are financing. They just quote the monthly payment. More

Since I had to get the work done at Kia and my car key flew apart and the push pads where torn, I asked for a free replacement. I am 1000 miles over the warranty that would replace the key. What no good will? No Universal Kia might have to close their doors over not collecting the 30 dollars. I am upset over the tone an manner that the free key was discussed. I have always been a Toyota girl until now but since this one is paid Universal does not stand behind the brand its time to go back to a Company Brand that means quality and KIA ain't it. More

When I arrived at the dealership I didnt feel pressured to purchase or make a decision right away even though I fell in love with the car. I felt as though Jay and the finance department provided me with excellent service! Their main concern was not just getting me into a car and out the door..they were geuinely concered about my satisfaction with my purchase! Stupendous experience!! My dream of owning my first car came into reality on July 8, 2014, when I acquired the 2014 Kia Forte Ex. When I got to the premises I had a warm reception. I was a bit skeptical because I wasn't sure I'd be approval for financing. Jay Stewart, the employee who attended to me was exceptional. He constantly assured me that he's positive it's gonna work out for me. I excused myself for about 45 minutes and when I came back Jay was beaming with smiles. I've been approved. It was incredible. When I sat in my new car I instantly loved it. It has almost everything I could ever think of (except for nav). And Jay, goodness me, I can't thank him enough. He was astonishing. When I thought I couldn't raise the down payment without using funds from my credit card, he quickly went to management to arrange a new payment plan for me ensuring that I drive home with car that same evening. This is my first experience with an auto company and the treatment was fabulous. Universal Kia Hickory Hollow has won me as a customer and hope to stick with them. Thank you so much Jay Stewart! More

He and Zdravko Kramar worked with me SO MUCH to get me financed and get me a payment I could handle. I wasn't sure that I'd be able to make the deal, but they did everything they could to get me into the car I needed. I was incredibly happy with my experience there, and I will DEFINITELY recommend Universal and the entire team to anyone I know looking for a vehicle, and I am almost 100% positive that the next car I purchase will also come from there.
