I didn't have an appointment and the staff told me it would be about 90 minutes. I had no problem waiting, so I did. 40 minutes later, I was in the car on my way home. Very professional and friendly staff When I first arrived, I didn't know where to go and Mickey walked by and asked if he could help. My next encounter was with a guy (don't remember his name) who explained everything to me. Gave me the cost and was willing to answer any questions. The day my vehicle was serviced, they had to order part, this guy went above his responsibility. It was going to take 5-6 hours to repair vehicle. He called and got me a rental car so I didn't have to sit there all day. I did not expect that!!!!! Even though I had prepared to spend the day there, his kind gesture was appreciated more than he knows!!!!! Great job!!!!! He went above and beyond!!!!! My next encounter was with the cashier. She is precious. Had a great personality and attitude! More
