Oil Change I had a great experience buying my car here, but the exact opposite with service. The service took well over an hour and was more expensive than I had I had a great experience buying my car here, but the exact opposite with service. The service took well over an hour and was more expensive than I had planned. I was charged for removal of my rain guards, which was supposed to have been included as a courtesy when I bought the car. Then I had to bring the car back the same day because the removal of the guards had been so poorly done that there was glue all over the car. More

He helped me determine when it is most beneficial to me to purchase my car and the approximate down payment to get my payments where I wanted them. Usually when you go looking for a new car you feel pressured and just keep getting asked how much you can put down. Shon made the experience the most pleasant car shopping experience I have ever had and I already own a KIA. As long as he works there I will go to him every time I am ready to get a new car. I did not feel pushed or "bullied" the way other dealership salesman have made me feel. It was helping me make the smartest choice for me that was what felt important not just getting me to sign on the line and out the door so they could make another sale. I will HIGHLY recommend not only Universal KIA but also Shon Gilbert to anyone I know or even hear talking about getting a new vehicle. Wonderful experience! !!!!! More

From what I have seen they treat their customers like family, not the type of family you don't want to admit you are related too, the kind that takes care of each other and helps one another. Granted they may cost a little more than having family do it but the time it saves us plus their experience is well worth the price. They have never treated me wrong and always makes my visits enjoyable. If I forget to as something or get home and realize I don't understand something on the paperwork I know I can call and they seem genuinely happy to help me understand.
