Melvin William was ver kind and knowledgeable of the product and made me and my daughter very comfortable. Chad Laboy we had a ruff start but he turned out to be very sweet and loveable. He went over all of the features and made sure we knew how everything operated. He turned out to be quite a guy. Overall I was happy and I left a very satisfied owner of a Kia. horrible experience I went here 3 days in a row to look at a specific vehicle which i inquired about and noone could answer any of my questions and never offered to let m I went here 3 days in a row to look at a specific vehicle which i inquired about and noone could answer any of my questions and never offered to let me test drive it. When i walked in nobody came up and offered me help. I had to ask and i spoke with 3 different ppl noone told me their name or asked for mine. I finally asked to test drive and after i asked to try a different car which the manager refused to let me test a second car unless i let them run a credit report. I told them up front it was going in my husbands name and i wasnt buying that day. I was told they couldnt proceed since their were customers who wanted to buy today. All of the times i visited they were not busy and dealers were hanging out at front desk. They have the same exact car at carmax in a different color 1 yr newer n half the miles for the same price. Ill be buying there. I can see now why everyone told me not to shop at universal kia. More

SO ,,on Sept.19,2015. My husband and I went. I knew the car I wanted but needed to convince him. We worked with Hal and Raina , they went above and beyond to make getting a new Car! I love Raina she is a sweetheart to work with and Hal was exteremely helpful and informed on kia products. So these two people made it possible to get my 1st Brand New Car ever! I love my Kia Soul and glad to have worked with all of the folks at Universal Kia of Hickory Hollow. THANKS and I Love my New Car!..Melissa More
poor workmanship i had some one broke into my our 2015 Kia Sedona. Front passenger glass was broken glass shattered everywhere. I call insurance company but since is i had some one broke into my our 2015 Kia Sedona. Front passenger glass was broken glass shattered everywhere. I call insurance company but since is a new vehicle I had to bring it to dealer. Let me add by saying dealer I bought vihicle from. I had glass replaced but Kia dealer never bother cleaning interior of glass debris. Only glass to seat area was cleaned up. Dash and center console had chip glass and was never cleaned up. Console still had chunk of glass. Waited over one hour when I was told it was ready. More

First service Had oil changed and leak in tire repaired, problem with MPG ranging from 14 to 19 not what I was expecting. No tech on duty to see what might be causing the issue, they reset computer. Seemed to improve for a few days but issue us back. Paint peeling on fender joint but you can only fix it on Friday mornings. To get it fixed will cost me a days pay. If your going up provide saturday service it needs to be full service.Will go back at 5000 mile as told for next service check. More
