I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what outstanding service she provided. She went beyond he normal routine to make sure that my vehicle was serviced properly, There were some repairs than I need corrected ( but forgot to mention when I called for the appointment). She took care of it without any problem at all. She is wonderful, pleasant, and very professional. I look forward to my next visit with her. More
OUTSTANDING SERVICE for Out of Area Traveler Wife and i were here from Indy to visit our son's family. Came in Thursday night, meetings on Friday and took 2016 Kia Optima to Universal KIA to che Wife and i were here from Indy to visit our son's family. Came in Thursday night, meetings on Friday and took 2016 Kia Optima to Universal KIA to check out lighting problem which had developed on what down. Indy dealership had serviced issue prior Monday, but did not notice that an interior lighting system was actually shorting out fuses. Universal Kia found the short, determined the fix and attempted to get parts in so we could have car for drive back to Indy on Sunday. Unfortunately, ONLY available part (not a frequent problem apparently on Kia's) was in California and couldn't be in until Sunday for Monday repair. MICHELLE RANDOLPH did the legwork, advised me of issue and helped me understand what a weird issue this was. Michelle also came up with the idea of pulling the needed spare parts from another 2016 Optima so my car could be fixed; they'd replace faulty parts on in stock model once they arrived from parts supplier. OUTSTANDING service received, which to me says that Universal Kia really cares about provide excellent customer service! Thank you Michelle for your help with our issue! More
Heard a knocking sound on my Kia Sorento I heard a knocking sound on my Kia Sorento . It only happened when I was pulling off or stopping. I took it to Universal Kia 10 minutes before they were closing. The service Mgr. Jonathan, was very pleasant and rode in my car with me and took my car right back 45 minutes later the problem was fixed and he was still smiling although he and his team were late getting off. More

Horrible experience Stopped in to take a look since we had bought a car from them a couple years ago. Service the first time was decent, although still a hassle. We dec Stopped in to take a look since we had bought a car from them a couple years ago. Service the first time was decent, although still a hassle. We decided to go back in this time just to look around because we were in the area. The sales guy we seen at first must have been very new. Nice guy, but we told them what we can afford when we first got there and what payments we can make. They took us on a test drive and then we went inside. Gave them our keys to evaluate our car for a trade. Then all heck broke loose. We were held "hostage" for almost 4 hours with a back and forth, maybe we can get you in this vehicle, maybe that one. Shon came over, who we dealt with the first time we bought there and was very rude to us. He tried to make us feel inferior and tried to say we were comparing apples to oranges. I told him, we told you what we can afford and either we can do it or we can't. We had a preapproval from Capital One when we went in there, I told them this. They still had us fill out a credit app and I specifically asked if it would hit a hard check on our credit report. I was told it would not it was just a quick check or a soft check. Well, they hit our report 6 times with hard inquiries. After 4 or 5 times of asking for our keys back, hence the "hostage" I mentioned above, they finally gave them back and we left. Not happy at all, will never be back. More

I came out with a fantastic car well within my budget. Rania didn't try and sell me anything I didn't want, she pretty much knew what I liked before I did. Had very bad experience Found a interesting price deal for a preowned car on this delearship website and got to reach internet sales manager (Rania Tohme). She was almost RUDE when i first spoke to her and didn't bother to ask what she can help me with. Sent her email and didn't got a response back. One of the kind person from the same office reached me and texted me if she could help on this deal. I have requested for OTD and i was been said that Manager can share that information. That is acceptable. It was been told that Internet Sales Manager (Rania Tohme) will call regarding the OTD (out the door) price. Manager (Rania Tohme) called me finally and said that OTD can't be shared as per the policy. I asked her for atleast say the breakups. She was negligent and then said the vehicle that you are looking for should already been sold out. I asked her then what was the reason for the call. Some time later she said its going to be 9.9% sales tax from the vehicle price and requested me to calculate by myself. I never ever had such bad experience with a sales person. I'm glad i didn't purchase it from such a person!!! I wouldn't recommend the specific manager to anyone!! More
