I first contacted this dealer online due to proximity of where I would be living. I was immediately contacted to begin discussion of what I was looking for and to make appointment for visit. Upon visiting this dealer, I was treated in a professional manner and after working through the trade-in details and my selection of a new vehicle that met my needs and budget, I was able to purchase my new KIA after test drive and financial agreement. From initial call to signing of contract, I can highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service. My wife and I ONLY went to the dealership because during communications with Heather my wife very plainly told her that we would not even bother coming out unless very, very specific financial details could be met. Heather gave assurances that those financing options could be possible. When we got there every other kind of offer was thrown at her even though she also told Tabatha on the test drive what she very specifically wanted to pay and not a dollar more. I don't think it is unreasonable for sales people to just be honest and say "I'm sorry ma'am but that financing isn't possible" instead of suckering people into the dealership only to disappoint them with the truth. It wasn't until our entire evening was wasted that a man, didn't catch his name, came over to try to resolve the situation and he said "No that financing isn't possible." If either of the the other two women would have said that we would have left and I wouldn't be writing this review. Just be honest. I don't know why that seems to be so hard for people to do these days. More

Service visit I purchased my first Kia (Amanti) in 2005. I have been dealing with Universals service dept since 2005. I have seen service mgrs. come & go. The BE I purchased my first Kia (Amanti) in 2005. I have been dealing with Universals service dept since 2005. I have seen service mgrs. come & go. The BEST they have had is Jonathon Stainton-James. He is fully knowledgeable of the vehicles and leads his team to be respectful and personal with customers. Being able to get prompt service is a must for most people and his team does not waste a minutes time to keep the customer happy. I have suggested them many times to friends advising them they will be treated with respect. More
