My faith has been restored! Proud new Kia Soul Owner! I had a bad experience at this dealership many years ago. My husband came to Universal Kia the other night and found our Salesman Ed Ryan. They drove all the way to Cool Springs to come get me. We weren't even looking to buy a new car, but we fell in love with the Soul! Ed Ryan, Rania Tohme, and Tim Norwood made this whole experience incredibly easy and wonderful! I just went back today. They re-detailed my car and Shon Gilbert answered more questions I had about my Soul! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! They listen and they care! Great people!! The whole experience of buying the first brand new car that I ever purchased was great. I was to meet with Tabatha but when I arrived she was busy so The whole experience of buying the first brand new car that I ever purchased was great. I was to meet with Tabatha but when I arrived she was busy so Michael stepped up and helped me. While I test drove the car he explained all the things I needed to know about the car and Kia. they both worked with me on the financing. Afterwards Tabatha sat in the car and set my radio and cell phone for me . I would have gone crazy. The salesteam were fantastic and I have already recommended 2 or 3 people to go to Universal Kia at Hickory Hollow. I love my new Optima!! More
