On January 30, 2017, I experienced what was to be the best overall dealership experience that I have ever had in my entire life and I have a leased we On January 30, 2017, I experienced what was to be the best overall dealership experience that I have ever had in my entire life and I have a leased well over seven vehicles since I began driving at the tender age of 18. Not only did the staff at Universal Kia and Hickory Hollow go above and beyond the call of duty, they also made me feel like there were actually trying to help me throughout this entire process. I wasn't rushed, pressured or uncomfortable. I just moved to Nashville, Tennessee and one of the reasons why was attributed to the hospitality that the state has afforded me throughout my musical pursuits.
