Only care about your credit, not you as a person. Do not come to Universal Kia of Hickory Hollow. They will say anything on the phone to get you to come in, even when you are up front about your situa Do not come to Universal Kia of Hickory Hollow. They will say anything on the phone to get you to come in, even when you are up front about your situation, and then when you come in the first thing they do is run your credit. I told the internet sales manager on both the online inquiry and over the phone that I have below average credit, and that I didn't want to waste my time or theirs by driving 50 minutes to come in if they couldn't work with me. I was told not to worry that they can work with people even in the 400s. Their commercial says that they have special relationships with their lenders and they are different because they actually pick up the phone and call someone instead of taking your credit app and walking off. Well that didn't happen. I wasn't even shown a vehicle or given the opportunity to look at or drive one. Instead they pulled my credit then came back telling me all the reasons they can't do anything without several thousand dollars down and a cosigner. I understand that they are paid on commission but at least have the common curtesy to treat each person as a person, rather than a pay check. If they had actually gone through the whole process of helping me pick out a vehicle to fit my needs and then told me that, I would have been happy to work with them to get what was needed to make a purchase. Instead, they have lost my business as well as any recommendations I may have given. More

Yes - I would recommend this dealership.. I can say that I was satisfied with the car I di On March 24th, 2017, I ventured to Universal Kia in Hickory Hollow on the recommendation of a friend. I can say that I was satisfied with the car I did end up purchasing, however I did not feel valued as a customer. Originally upon arrival I started with Ms. Tabitha Fowler and she was great, but for some reason I received Zachary Fitzgerald in her absence. I was not impressed with his service. As a first-time car buyer, I was not met with the patience and care that I deserve. I was rushed into picking a car and did not feel comfortable with the process. Luckily I was with a family friend that helped to fill in some details that Mr. Fitzgerald was lacking. Had I not needed a vehicle and been given a descent price point I would have gone elsewhere. In short I felt rushed, uninformed and uncomfortable. Your salesman seems commission hungry and lacks the tact and attention to detail that it takes to make a genuine connection with your guests and potential customers. I believe Universal Hickory Hollow would like to have an upstanding reputation in their industry and community as a reputable institution and business, but on this day, they have failed to do that and I will not be recommending them to anyone or returning to purchase a car in the future. More
