He also kept talking over me and ignoring me. I had no such issues at Universal Kia. I went in with my list of what I wanted, pointed out the exact car on the lot I'd already looked up online, and the price I was given. Hal never once tried to talk me into something else. In a bit over an hour I had the purchase agreement in my hands and the friendly banter and conversation we had while wading through the paperwork left me in a good mood. More

When we purchased in 2014 we were coming out of a very difficult, financial period in our lives - Shon walked us thru every step and was very encouraging and while we didn't expect to leave with a new car that day - Shon did. So...here we are again - and Shon led the way with exemplary service and knowledge - making the process as comfortable and stress free as possible. And once again we went home in a brand, new car! Unprecedented Customer Service! I have never purchased a car through a dealership before, believe it or not. I was not confident I would be able to even purchase a car. Each member o I have never purchased a car through a dealership before, believe it or not. I was not confident I would be able to even purchase a car. Each member of the team that I dealt with were so genuine, friendly and helpful. This is going to sound so odd, but I feel like I was welcomed into the 'family' almost immediately. TK was my salesman, and he was absolutely wonderful. He completely respected my budget and what I was looking for in a car. We went on a test drive and he didn't flinch when I almost killed him merging onto the highway. HA!! He was patient and did all he could to show me the cars within my budget. At no point did I ever feel pressured into getting something I didn't want. He was truly the exact opposite of what most would expect a "car salesman" to be like. He's a real, genuine person who just wanted me to be happy. Rania went well, well above and beyond to help me find the car and price I was looking for as well. I can't get into details of all she did for me, but I can tell you that she is a truly wonderful person who is professional yet approachable and considerate of her customer's needs. She did more for me than I would have ever anticipated from a dealership manager. She found ways to save me money, and did more for me than I deserved. Then there's Chris, the "Finance Guy". Again, I can't get into details, but he did more than I could have ever anticipated to get me the interest rate and monthly payments within my budget. He was great to work with, great personality, and (overusing the word here, but) genuine. This review isn't doing them justice. I was so nervous to go through this process. It's a big ticket item and didn't want to be bullied into something I couldn't afford. Almost immediately that anxiety dissipated and it was probably the best car shopping experience I could have hoped for. More

From a phone call to a car Desperate and discouraged I applied online for a vehicle! A few minutes later I received a phone call from the manager who listened to my problem and assured me they would be able to help me! I was given a same day appointment (Sunday). Sunday evening I drove off the lot in a brand new 2017 Kia Forte! I am so grateful for their willingness to HELP me!!!! More
