Miraculous I got an amazing deal thanks to Zach. I came to Universal Kia with the mindset that I would not be buying a car from this lot,especially after finding I got an amazing deal thanks to Zach. I came to Universal Kia with the mindset that I would not be buying a car from this lot,especially after finding that most of the cars were out of my price range, but Zach helped arrange a deal for me that allowed me to stay within my budget and still receive all of the amenities that I asked for. The only thing that could have been better was that the first sales person I spoke to before Zach seemed very hasty to turn me over after hearing the price range and time I planned on spending there (it made it seem as if he figured it would not be worth his time to help.) Morever, I had a pretty good experience with Zach, he helped get me in and out of there with an amazing car for an amazing price in a VERY timely manner. I would definately recommend Universal Kia to my friends and family members. More

Lack of Customer Service Took me two days to get an oil change. Went on Monday (yes, I had an appointment), but ended up canceling it after over an hour of waiting. My car sti Took me two days to get an oil change. Went on Monday (yes, I had an appointment), but ended up canceling it after over an hour of waiting. My car still had not moved. Rescheduled for 11:30am the next morning. Didn't leave until 1:25pm - almost another two hour wait. No explanation, no "I'm sorry." Nothing. It's very frustrating to make an appointment, but the appointment is ignored. What's the point? I will never use Hickory Hollow Kia Service Department again. Obviously, you need more employees (I've already applied recently, but got no response). You need better customer service in your service department. Not some blonde with an attitude. This location has really gone downhill since the new staff has been hired. Work on it. I won't be back! More

Got me in a car but down hill from there I was extremely impressed that they got me in a car that day. I was super happy and would have left a great review at that point. But then it all went down hill. First off after one week of having the car the touch screen failed and they refused to fix it since it worked when I got it. The front window needed to be replaced, they set up a day to do it. That day they rescheduled. We drove an hour for the next scheduled appt. but once we sat there for 3 hours they sent us home empty handed. Once we finally got another appt. they left us waiting for 5 hours before it was done. Ridiculous experience overall. Customer service less than poor. More
