He along with the other staff welcomed us with a smile. We sat down with him, completed the application, provided our proof of income. Based on the criteria for the vehicle we wanted, he identified a Nissan Pathfinder. We drove it, reviewed the exterior and exterior before 9pm we got the keys to our next vehicle. Jay is a stellar salesman. He listens, is not pushy like some who are is sales, very professional with an outgoing, genuine demeanor. I can't remember the manager's name, young lady that works in the office, but I have to recognize her too. She too was outgoing, very professional, worked things out where our note is lower, includes gap insurance among other necessities.
