My wife and I were looking for a used car for my teenage son in high school and we made our way over to Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow and were promptly greeted by Ty Johnson (TJ) who introduced himself and son in high school and we made our way over to Greenway Kia of Hickory Hollow and were promptly greeted by Ty Johnson (TJ) who introduced himself and invited us in and asked us what we were looking for. As we explained, he gave us some options and we were able to get locked in on a 2014 Kia Forte for under 10K, which is unheard of in this current buyer's market. TJ was able to get the cracked windshield squared away and when we inquired about the AC and the possibility of some freon being added. The Sales Manager Mr. JV was able to get us squared away on that end. Even the finance guy Mr. Styles was on point with getting us in and out and explaining the ppwrk and financing piece of the puzzle for the used vehicle. Without a doubt, this was a pretty darn easy buying experience and even if there was a concern or hiccup it was promptly resolved. So shout out to the entire team over at Greenway Kia for making it happen for working middle-class folks such as myself and my family. More
