Hello, Julian Orland was my salesperson at Greenway Kia. So helpful and polite. Julian contacted me two days before my visit, we set up the appointment and he had the cars waiting for me when I arriv Kia. So helpful and polite. Took my car in for a recall issue. It seemed a bit odd they did not have the part and I will have to go another time to have it repaired. The woman who took car of me was clearly doing It seemed a bit odd they did not have the part and I will have to go another time to have it repaired. The woman who took car of me was clearly doing the best she could but said they had to look at the car before they could order the part. I got the car serviced while I was there. More

The woman who helped me was very good! My only complaint was that I couldn’t find my car when it was done and she had to bring it around because other vehicles were in the way. Next time, My only complaint was that I couldn’t find my car when it was done and she had to bring it around because other vehicles were in the way. Next time, it would probably be more efficient use of time to bring it into or next to the service bay rather than sending me on a scavenger hunt to find it. More
