AAA came to my house to fix my flat tire on my Kia Soul. I took it to the dealership where I bought it, Hickory Hollow for repair on this and several other issues including loose steering wheel. I waited in the lobby for six hours while they “worked” on my car. They charged me $1000 and assured me that they rotated my tires and there was nothing wrong with them. Also that they had changed a part on my steering wheel and it should “tighten” up after driving a while. I drive the car a short distance home. The next time that I drive my car - the tire is flat, and the steering is still loose. I think that the service department lied to me about everything. I will never buy another Kia again. I really like the Soul- so it is too bad. They lost a customer here. And when I called them - Deondra at the Service desk hung up on me and I was being polite at that point. I called back mad. Will probably file a small claims suit- and will definitely let everybody know to avoid this brand and dealership. They are crap. More
Gm, my sales rep jennifer and her boss lied sbout everything .. I did not get the black friday discount and they added insurance thati did not ask for .. Awsome This Dealership is the only place I buy my new cars from. The sells men are awesome. They make you feel like you are not a customer but family. I bought a Kia Forte. Then in 2017 I traded in for a van. Then in 10/2019 I traded that for a 2019 van. Every time I go there they make my kids and I feel like family. They all have taken good care of me. I know I will only go there to buy my cars. Thank you all at Kia Universal. More
