I purchased a used car June 26, 2020 for my son to drive back and forth to college. We didn't drive car much because it was purchased for my son and he was out of town. Recently, I decided to put the car on back and forth to college. We didn't drive car much because it was purchased for my son and he was out of town. Recently, I decided to put the car on the interstate because he had returned from being out of town and getting prepared for college. When I put the car on the interstate, I realized that the car wasn't driving right. I took the car to firestone. Firestone gave me a list of recommendations $3,000 worth of recommendations. Although we purchased the car in June, we only put 200 miles on it to date. I immediately reached out to Kia and spoke with Dennis being that he was the one that pressured me to purchasing that particular car. Dennis was informed of the recommendations by Firestone. Dennis told me to bring the car to Kia and he will get his service guys to look at it. His words "to keep firestone honest" and that if the recommendation is accurate, he will make it right. The services guys checked it out and everything that Firestone recommended was correct. Dennis decided to change his mind and stated that he can't do anything I will have to talk with the owner Cedaniel. A week later, Cedaniel called me. I informed him what was going on. Cedaniel said that he was heading out of town and for me to email him the recommendations. He would take a look at it, and get back with me the next Monday when he returns. It's been about 2 weeks or more now and I have not heard from Cedaniel. I was informed that the car is dangerous to drive. I called back on Monday, February 1, 2021 and spoke with Shane. Shane told me that I purchase a used car buy as is. If that's the case, it should had been a sign on the car stating that it's dangerous if you purchase it, you will have to get it fixed. I feel that I have been lied too. If you purchase a used car from Kia, I advise you to take it to a automatic before actually purchasing it. I don't believe that they have the car service prior to selling it. If they did, they would have known all the issues before hand. Unless they truly don't care about their customers, just trying to make a sale. I will say my first visit there was awesome, that's because I was purchasing a car not having issues with one. More

The entire deal was made over text messaging due to my crazy schedule. As much as I requested mudflaps one year of XM radio and a longer term at 0% as well as a few free oil changes, to no avail. We purchased a vehicle from Dennis on January 8th over the phone after looking at it that morning. We offered to leave a deposit in which Dennis said “ no need to do that, just meet me here in the morning the phone after looking at it that morning. We also sent him a text to run all paperwork so that the process would be complete and will allow us to move quickly the next day. The next morning we were on our way to pick it up when I received a text from a random number at KIA. They said we sold the car last night. I informed this person that yes we purchased it last night and we’re on our way to pick it up. We then received an automated text stating we had an appt and to reply yes. So we replied yes and then walked in the door at 9 to find out that Dennis, who sold us the car, couldn’t see us and that the car had been sold by him after he sold to us last night. We have talked to many people there asking to speak to their executive team and have been told they would be calling us, in which it’s been 24 hours with no phone call. We were discriminated against at this location and were treated very poorly with no accountability on Dennis. I would never recommend this location and quite honestly it has given not only this dealership a bad name but also KIA. They should have better people representing their brand, Someone with integrity. More

This entire service department is the best I've ever done business with, comparing to any brand of vehicle. Terrence was my service advisor today, he was juggling no less than 4 or 5 customers at any given t business with, comparing to any brand of vehicle. Terrence was my service advisor today, he was juggling no less than 4 or 5 customers at any given time and with such courteously and patience, I watched in amazement. Customer service is his expertise; he's flawless. Michelle that works with the paperwork at the end is incredibly friendly, professional and answers any questions for me. Nicole has been my service advisor several times and is incredible too. She is so attentive and ready to help me with any service I need. Stephen Bates has been my advisor several times also and was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. I have never ever had a negative experience there and that says a lot about a service department. Others don't even come close. This place treats me like family; if I am working with another advisor each one will still make it a point to greet me and chat a moment. More
