First, everyone we talked to was fantastic. We have been looking for a Telluride for several days. When I called Greenway Kia, they were taking “my” car off the truck and agreed to hold it until I arrived. looking for a Telluride for several days. When I called Greenway Kia, they were taking “my” car off the truck and agreed to hold it until I arrived. I live over 3 hours away. I know Tellurides and most cars are hard to find right now and I expected to pay MSRP plus about 3%. I arrived at 3% from current internet searches and speaking to several other dealers in the southeast. Our sales person was super nice and very knowledgeable of the Telluride. After our test drive, we went to talk money. The first price brought to us was more than 40% over MSRP! Our $52,000 car was now over $73,000. We should have left at that time but then the games started. After over an hour of talking, the absolute bottom price of $73,000 was now about $65,000 (not sure where $8,000 was found), not to mention that the value of our trade-in was very insulting. As stated, everyone we worked with gets 5-stars but the business practice is not what I was wanting in the buying process. I take full blame for not negating a price before driving 3 hours one way. If Greenway Kia can make 40% over MSRP, I say “go for it”. We left the dealership disappointed but not angry or too frustrated. If local, I would give the folks at Greenway another try but would enter the building with my eyes wide open and a firm price before taking a chair. More
Terrible place of buisness. Do not go here you will regret it. They will ad thousands in top of there advertised prices . No class at all and really in need of a new manager who is very very rude. I drove 20 miles through Murfreesboro to Nashville traffic to buy a car. My financing was already in place, I had picked out what I wanted online and they had two of them. All they had to do was the p traffic to buy a car. My financing was already in place, I had picked out what I wanted online and they had two of them. All they had to do was the paperwork, and I left after 30 min. of not being able to get anyone to help me. So if you can't get service when you are trying to give them money, I can only imagine what it would be like if you had a problem. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business at a place like this. More

I went to the service department, and while the employees were friendly and helpful at first, after I got my car back (I had my hood ornament replaced-which I bought myself- and they charged me $100 to do t were friendly and helpful at first, after I got my car back (I had my hood ornament replaced-which I bought myself- and they charged me $100 to do the labor) there was paint chipped off my hood around the new ornament. They didn't mention it to me and try to fix their mistakes or even apologize about the damages. I had to point it out, to which they gave me a paint pen to touch it up. Still no apology or explanation. I understand mistakes happen, and all would be fine if they told me what happened and apologized. Very unprofessional. More
