I drove 20 miles through Murfreesboro to Nashville traffic to buy a car. My financing was already in place, I had picked out what I wanted online and they had two of them. All they had to do was the p traffic to buy a car. My financing was already in place, I had picked out what I wanted online and they had two of them. All they had to do was the paperwork, and I left after 30 min. of not being able to get anyone to help me. So if you can't get service when you are trying to give them money, I can only imagine what it would be like if you had a problem. I wouldn't recommend anyone do business at a place like this. More

I went to the service department, and while the employees were friendly and helpful at first, after I got my car back (I had my hood ornament replaced-which I bought myself- and they charged me $100 to do t were friendly and helpful at first, after I got my car back (I had my hood ornament replaced-which I bought myself- and they charged me $100 to do the labor) there was paint chipped off my hood around the new ornament. They didn't mention it to me and try to fix their mistakes or even apologize about the damages. I had to point it out, to which they gave me a paint pen to touch it up. Still no apology or explanation. I understand mistakes happen, and all would be fine if they told me what happened and apologized. Very unprofessional. More

This is the third Kia I purchased from this dealership. It has been by far my best car buying experience. The Kia K5 I wanted was in Alabama. My salesman Trebion Lindsay drove there and brought the car bac It has been by far my best car buying experience. The Kia K5 I wanted was in Alabama. My salesman Trebion Lindsay drove there and brought the car back to Nashville Tennessee. Trebion spent time go over the features and functions of the car after the dealership closed. A salesman who spent 8 hours on one sale went above and beyond. Outstanding job! The dealership gave me a great deal on my car and more than expected on my trade. We went to Greenway to buy a Kia Telluride SX loaded sticker price $51,160, after 3 hours of waiting to test drive & going over information, sales manager comes out with his numbers $69,000 for his Tel sticker price $51,160, after 3 hours of waiting to test drive & going over information, sales manager comes out with his numbers $69,000 for his Telluride, $18,000 over sticker price. He thought us idiots! We asked to explain, he said he could stick it to us because the Telluride was in demand all doing this with his smile. We left after a few words. The salesman was good at his job, but it was all a setup to bring in the sales manager to slap you in the face. More
