Called parts department and I spoke with a guy name Les. Everything he said just sounded like a lie, I’d ask the same question twice just to see if his answer was the same and it wasn’t. He didn’t want to take the time and check on the 2 parts I have ordered. His answer is the truck hasn’t came in yet but I asked if there an ETA and he just wouldn’t want to check and do his job. They are terrible!!! Customer service after the fact is non existent. I purchased a Car that I love but the personnel at the dealership are not good to deal with at all. They messed up my paperwork, they non existent. I purchased a Car that I love but the personnel at the dealership are not good to deal with at all. They messed up my paperwork, they put the wrong vin number on my paperwork and it took 4 months to get it straightened out. Kia Motor Finance would not solve the problem because the dealership had to initiate the paperwork to fix the problem. I went round and round for about a month until they got around to it. The managers are conveniently never available to come to the phone. the receptionist always seems to tired or bothered to get someone on the phone or to take a message. I could go on and on… Save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere!!! More
