I worked with Rania for several days getting details and terms for a Ford F150. She did not disclose damage to the vehicle prior to my 3.5hr trip. Told me on the phone the good price was due to the vehicl terms for a Ford F150. She did not disclose damage to the vehicle prior to my 3.5hr trip. Told me on the phone the good price was due to the vehicle being on the lot too long and how nice it was. My trade was valued $2k less than most other dealers and I was being required to pay list price. When I arrived Dustin was directed to show me the vehicle. It had body damage all the way around the vehicle. When i noted it Dustin then Rania acted surprised. The dealership was adamant that the price was as listed no working room. THEN Rania stated the truck had been priced based on condition... Not the same story. Also she had claimed the vehicle's initial price was $3k more than it actually had started out at.. That initial vs current price info is public info on CarGuru's and other websites that I had view the vehicle. I am not posting this as a novice in the auto market or business. I have been in or around it my whole life (sales, service, etc). Glaring issues: 1-Dishonest 2-Do not know their product 3-It is Greenway plain and simple. More

My oil change and tire rotation were done in a timely manner. The service staff was friendly and Karen was willing to answer my questions and take care of my requests. I purchased a vehicle there in late October. Ten days ago the oil light came on and the car stopped running, so I had it towed back. I was told by someone in service that they couldn’t tell me when they woul the oil light came on and the car stopped running, so I had it towed back. I was told by someone in service that they couldn’t tell me when they would be able to do a diagnostic to determine the problem because they were so far behind. And that some cars had been there 6-7 months waiting for parts. When I called the next day, I was told by a rep in the customer service call center that they were more than 20 days behind checking in cars. I waited for a week. Nothing! This was catastrophic for me. I’m a disabled senior who does not live on the bus line. I was given the idea to try another Kia dealer. I did just as I was directed and I picked up my car the very next day from Greenway Kia Rivergate! Maggie and Andrew were great! Thank you God for looking out for me! Turns out it was all their fault anyway, because when they changed the oil, the filter wasn’t replaced correctly. So all of my oil leaked out. They could have totally ruined my engine. One thing is for sure, they don’t have to worry about my coming any where near their place of business (and I use the term loosely) ever again for service, or a purchase. I don’t have good things to say about that experience either, but I won’t even begin to address it today. More
Had 0930 appt for oil change. At 1030 I noticed my car was still in the parking lot and had not been serviced. No communication, explanation or apologies . There were no offers to check on it. I have problems with this dealership every single time I go. When there, I noticed quite a large renovation. I wish that money would be used to train customer service and hire enough mechanics More
Service is horrible 2hrs for oil change/tire rotation to not get tires done have to go in have them take my car back for another 30 minutes not to mention it’s never good when you hear them saying they’ve l not get tires done have to go in have them take my car back for another 30 minutes not to mention it’s never good when you hear them saying they’ve lost your car and your keys!!
