Service staff is extremely friendly and professional. It was a busy Friday morning. Jason explained the recommended 30k service and the estimated cost prior to the work being done. Michelle kindly conversed with me as I waited in line, explaining where the water, coffee and temporary bathrooms were located. My vehicle was washed by hand, awesome job done. Due to the ongoing construction, trailers are setup as temporary offices but they are not identified. It would be helpful if they were clearly identified so one knows where to go. Others confused me for an employee, asking where to go to pay their bill, for example. More

Our initial salesperson disappeared after the first appointment and never returned Ed calls. Our second salesperson was very kind and friendly, but not super knowledgeable about the vehicle and it’s f appointment and never returned Ed calls. The process was long— delivery of our vehicle was a week later than we were told and then we were told we would be able to just stop by and quickly pick up but the process to get the vehicle took 3 hours.
