They falsify documents and make up their own numbers to achieve covering their xxx. Bought a used car thinking I was buying a new one they disclosed this, unknowingly to them that I would figure their dec achieve covering their xxx. Put an application in for financing and finally 4 hours after submitting I get a call and was informed that my application wasn’t received so I had to fill it out again. So I text the number back told him it was submitted and was told again still wasn’t received. So we did it over the phone he told me he’d give me a call back in 10 minutes. Well 45 minutes later I call them and a gentleman picked the phone up and said Jason fields my sales representative said he’d give me a call back in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later no call, so I call again the phone was ringing for 4 whole minutes before I hung up the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Terrible! They will never get business from me or anyone in my family! More
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this dealer. My wife and I traded in my Ram for a 20223 Sportage. The sales experience was decently smooth with the exception of the sales manager telling me the only way he would do my deal is if I purchased a $3000. Extended warranty due to the fact the bank approval would not allow him to rip me off to the amount I originally agreed to and my payment was actually going to be $80 lower a month then I agreed to. I went along because I was told it was my only option. They told me they would rush the payoff check within 3 business days since I had a payment due in 7 days. I checked the balance on my old loan 6 days later and it still showed a balance. I called where that loan was from and they informed me no payoff has been made. I called the dealership and talked to Amy in accounting who assured me it was made and even gave me a check # and the address it was sent to which was correct, (but of course she couldn’t find the tracking # for the check for 4 days. Amy began ignoring my calls so I contacted my salesman Brandon who was not nothing short of spectacular during my sales experience. He told me he would have a tracking number to be by noon the next day and he came through. I ran the tracking number and not only was it not sent to the address she told me she sent it to, it wasn’t even sent to a bank. Tracking showed it was signed for by a guy at a loading dock. I called the bank and they said they can’t do anything which I totally understand. I informed them that the dealership already sold the truck I traded in and they advised me not only was that highly illegal, but obviously they won’t be able to obtain the title for the new owner. Today, I went ahead and made another $700 on my trade that I haven’t even had in 18 days and even now belongs to someone else. I called the dealership and they are refusing to place a stop payment on that check and issue a new check. I am now unable to close on my mortgage because my debt to income sky rocketed because now it’s showing 2 car payments (and a late truck payment) The dealership is refusing to do anything so my next step apparently has to be a lawyer and the Better Buisness Beareu. I had a bad feeling when I was on their website the night of the day I traded my truck in and there was already multiple pictures of it online which showed all my personal belongings (including a page of temporary bank checks) and my license plate still on the truck. They couldn’t even wait until we finished the deal and I cleaned out my truck of my belongings. I truly hope you do not buy a car from this place More
I took the car in for an oil change and an air filter. .. THREE hours later...the car was finished. They told me it was going to be 1 1/2-2hrs and that was with an appointment. I went to pay and it was mentioned to me by a lady who overheard a phone call that the air filter was out of stock and didn't get installed, even though I was about to pay for it. I am grateful she spoke up because I was about to pay for something that never happened. More
On January 25th, 2022 I went into Greenway Kia of Franklin located at 1413 Murfreesboro Rd, Franklin, TN 37067 and applied for a black 2012 Nissan Sentra 2.0s pricing at $8642. I originally spoke with Derek(a car salesman) who was able to get to financing and get me approved for the loan I was requesting. When he brought over the offer document it had an additional fee as he stated was for LUXECARE that was not in the original amount nor in the specified fees online. He then told me that LUXECare is in the fine print. I then asked him to show me where it was in the fine print he was not able to pull it up so he asked his manager Andre to look it over and they proceeded to print off a new offer showing a RECONDITIONING fee. I asked to speak with the manager Andre to come over. I explained to the manager that fee is not stated on the website either. And that I am aware the only fees that should be charged are taxes, tags, title, and sometimes doc fees. Andre proceeded to say that he would contact his general manager to try to get the fee removed. He went to a back room and came back 20 minutes later stating he could not remove the fee and would need a $3000 down payment. This company broke the law! Per 15 USC 1662b & the Truth in Lending Act it is against the law to state that a specified downpayment is required in connection with any extension of consumer credit. And per 15 USC 1605 a) “Finance charge” defined Except as otherwise provided in this section, the amount of the finance charge in connection with any consumer credit transaction shall be determined as the sum of all charges, payable directly or indirectly by the person to whom the credit is extended, and imposed directly or indirectly by the creditor as an incident to the extension of credit. The finance charge does not include charges of a type payable in a comparable cash transaction. The finance charge shall not include fees and amounts imposed by third party closing agents (including settlement agents, attorneys, and escrow and title companies) if the creditor does not require the imposition of the charges or the services provided and does not retain the charges. Examples of charges which are included in the finance charge include any of the following types of charges which are applicable: (1) Interest, time price differential, and any amount payable under a point, discount, or other system or additional charges. (2) Service or carrying charge. (3) Loan fee, finder’s fee, or similar charge. (4) Fee for an investigation or credit report. (5) Premium or other charge for any guarantee or insurance protecting the creditor against the obligor’s default or other credit loss. Several months after the purchase, I decided I did not need the $2800 extended warranty and have been trying to cancel for several months. I have made multiple attempts at reaching the dealership through their online chat, phone calls, text messages to the finance manager and eventually visited the dealership again to cancel. On or about 08/27, I received a phone call from their corporate office stating the warranty was cancelled and the funds has been reimbursed back to my finance company. To date, 10/06/21, no payment has been received or posted to my auto loan, the dealership rarely responds to my inquiry and each time I get the same response from Sid - "I will call Lisa at corporate to inquire" but never get a response or update. The purchase of the vehicle was easy and acceptable terms but the service they provide after purchase is greatly lacking. I will not be using this dealership for any maintenance and suggest you choose a different dealer to purchase your car. More
