However Tracy made a deal that I simply could not refuse. I was shockingly surprised at the deal and the professionalism that Tracy provided on this day. I left there with a new truck for a price I could afford. I have already had a friend offer to buy it from me or take him up there so he can get a truck because I bragged so much on Carnival Kia. Great team and great job! More

Late March I began shopping for a new vehicle; one with good gas mileage. We shopped around at different dealerships, and we got the best buy at Carnival Kia. Kurt Lytle was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and authentic. He helped us compare the Kia Forte to the other vehicles we were considering (Ford Fiesta, Ford Fusion, amd Toyota Corolla and Camry). Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. Kurt went out of his way to get me the color vehicle I wanted. I am very happy with my Kia Forte. A great car; good performance, great styling, and fun to drive. This dealership was friendly, but not that impressive overall. I wanted a specific car that they did not have on their lot. They attempted a search and supposedly could not find the car I wanted (wante overall. I wanted a specific car that they did not have on their lot. They attempted a search and supposedly could not find the car I wanted (wanted a manual transmission). They let us leave and had our contact information, but never contacted us within the week about finding what we wanted, althought they acted like they were going to do so. I expected them to keep looking, but it seems they only want to sell cars on their lots or cars that are located very close to their dealership. After about a week of waiting, I ended up finding a Kia dealership NOT in Nashville that found the car I wanted about 150 miles away. Wonder why Carnival Kia could not find this same car? Also, like many Nashville area dealerships, Carnival Kia likes to add those "dealer prep" charges to the MSRP to jack up the price. That kills dealer credibility right away for me. More
I went to the dealership to welcome them to the neighborhood and also because I had been doing research online and with my son. I had a 12 year old car that was starting to fail on me and I had a b neighborhood and also because I had been doing research online and with my son. I had a 12 year old car that was starting to fail on me and I had a bankrupcey on record where I had to close my business so I was nervous as a cat at a dog show. Carlos was so sweet and kind you could tell he was as nervous as me. ( I think I made him that way) Never once did anybody make me feel like a second class person even though I had all that looming over my head. Carlos was so kind he was like don't look at that old car it and your bankrupcy are the past this is your future. He sat in the car with me while we called my son the Marine to tell him about my car. One of the other salesmen told me welcome to the family. I am the type of person that expects her cars to last 10 years so the proof will be in the pudding as they say. More
I visited this dealership two times and on the second visited I purchase a KIA Sorento. I've got to tell you, the people at the dealership was awesome. I had already bought the Sorento and he still took time to do this and go through the details again. He was so nice and friendly, by the time I left, he felt just like family. I also need to give a big thumbs up for Mike. He was like an advocate to help me get the best price possible and he was so pleasant to do business with. Every process seemed to run smooth and fairly quick. I highly recommend the Franklin KIA dealership. More
