This car purchase was a far more enjoyable experience than former ones with other dealerships. Mr. Jordan listened to what I wanted and expected. He never tried to just make a sale. I had a wonderful experience at Carnival Kia. This was my first time buying a car myself and they made it so easy. Tony and Mike were the two I worked closest with, and they were wonderful. I love my new Sorrento. It is the perfect size for my three large rescue dogs to carry them to the park. I only had to deal with 1 sales person (Tracy Davis) and then the gentleman who handled my financing paperwork (Tim). Everyone was friendly and upfront with me. In fact, it took me less time to buy a car then the gentleman who handled my financing paperwork (Tim). Everyone was friendly and upfront with me. In fact, it took me less time to buy a car at KIA than to NOT by one at the three other dealerships I visited. Most importantly, I was very clear what I wanted and when they brought a car around for me to test drive, I fully expected it to be much more than I needed and for them to try to "sell" me all the bells and whistles. To my amazement, it was exactly what I asked for! I highly recommend KIA to anyone in the market! More

I would recommend this dealership to anyone, all of the employees were friendly. My husband and I had chose this Kia dealership because of Chris Bostick, last year at a car sale/show our then 12 yr old son employees were friendly. My husband and I had chose this Kia dealership because of Chris Bostick, last year at a car sale/show our then 12 yr old son was holding up the line to get a drink, several people behind him were getting upset, Chris patted my son on the back and told everyone he was doing a great job. Although this might seem silly to someone else it was a very thoughtful thing to do. When we decided to purchase a car we knew were we wanted to go. The employees were very nice thoughtful and helpful just as we thought they would be. No pressure or hassel. We will return to Carnival Kia in the future. Thanks you Skip!!!! More
This dealership understands the concept of customer service and defintiely gets an A+ from me. There was none of the typcal sales pressure that one feels when buying a car. I had a wonderful experience at Carnival Kia of Franklin. Carlos was a great sales person and as he worked with us we had the privilege to meet the rest of the team and talk with them and learn about them. Each of them was very knowledgeable about the Kias and showed me everything I wanted to see. After buying the car, Carlos and Taylor hooked up my bluetooth and went over all the features with me a second time, including setting my Sirius radio to the stations I wanted. Buying a Forte was fun and I didn't have to go through the wringer to get what I wanted. It was the first dealership I went to and the first car I drove and I was hooked. If you don't at least stop and talk to the great folks there you are missing a great experience. More
