He did not make me feel rushed or pressured to buy. This is the first new car I have ever owned and he was just as excited for me as I was. I will refer any of my friends and family to definitely visit the Kia Franklin location before anywhere else. He gave me a tour of the facilities and explained to me where and how I was to bring my car in for maintenance and repairs. He introduced me to all the important employees. Edd Phillips is the parts manager and he made me feel very welcomed and after I bought my part accessory, he even said welcome to the Kia family we are glad to have you. It really did feel like one big happy family there and everyone was so very nice. Skip was definitely great and better than any other sales dealer we had met with that day and as we were car shopping we had already been to 5 other dealerships and felt the sharks circling. At Franklin Kia it was very relaxed and laid back. You were allowed to roam the lot and then come inside and find someone as wonderful as Skip to help you. The team at Carnival Kia in Franlkin were welcoming from the time of arrival. I worked with Ron Morgan, and he gets a 10+ in the patience department! I arrived at 12p, drove around the block 5 times (in four different cars), and had him repeat himself about 10 times (regarding the GREAT warranty), and he NOT ONCE showed any aggravation (even 5 hours later at closing). I also worked with Tabatha Fowler in closing, and she eased any anxiety I had about my purchase. Together, Ron and Tabatha made my trip to Carnival Kia of Franklin better than expected. They showed genuine interest in my concerns, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Good experience. The automobile interior wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be. There were stains on the front a back seats and trash (childrens coloring pencils, etc.) was in the net holder on th as I would have liked it to be. Also, the automobile had more miles on it than I would have expected for a new car without the mention of it being a "demo." There was no "sticker" information on the car. However, the salesperson was very helpful, courteous, knowlegeable and accommodation I did leave the dealership satisfied and after all, I DID purchase the car. More

You can tell these people like their jobs. Everyone was very helpful and did not make us feel rushed. Consumer Reports named the Sorento a #1 best buy for many reasons. I have to say I am so impressed in the craftsmanship of the vehicle and have full confidence this truck will be as good to me as my previous car was. Carlos made my family feel so comfortable in this buying process. I'm a sales person by trade and expected to be bombarded by sales tactics. Not at this dealership. I felt NO pressure at all. I felt I was working with a knowledgeable Kia consultant....not a desperate salesman. The guys in the service department were very helpful too when I had trouble pairing my phone up to my bluetooth because my phone was being stuborn. From the first phone call to signing the papers every staff member I was in contact with was nothing but friendly and accepting. I was extremely impressed when Mr. Lynwood walked me to the back to meet the manager of the service area just to introduce me as a new customer.
