I bought a Honda Accord here in February. They said we needed to finance it. Now I know it was so they could tack a “luxe package” and a warranty that’s cost almost $4000. Our salesman told us it was worth it because if you get a scratch on your car you can bring it back and they will fix it for free. Turns out when I went back to try it they said it didn’t cover that. It covers stuff like acid rain. I noticed a roaring in my wheel on the way home. We bought an extra warranty (on top of the one they sold us) so I carried my car to a Honda dealer to get it fixed. They couldn’t fix it since they were within 40 miles of Greenway Kia where we purchased the car. So I carried it to a different Honda dealer outside the 40 miles. The serviceman at the Honda dealer said since it hasn’t been 45 days since we bought it…it was Greenway Kia’s responsibility to fix it. He gave me a price and said to call my salesperson and tell them they have the part and can fix if they will reimburse them. I called my salesperson, Kwan, and he told me they couldn’t do that. I make an appointment with Grreenway Kia in Franklin to get the car fixed. I tell them what’s wrong since I’ve already had it looked at by two other dealers. They order the wrong part. I bought this car on February 19 and it’s March 28 and still is not fixed. I was also disappointed this car didn’t have remote start, but my salesperson assured me that I could get it through the Honda app. He told me he would get that set up for me. I’ve asked numerous times since I can’t do it myself and he has completely ignored me. Now to financing. It took a month to get me financed. They kept calling and needing proof of residency which I sent a check stub. Then he called and said he needed something else with our address. I called my credit union and could get the rate 3% lower than what they were getting so I asked numerous times for my pay off and I would just go to my credit union and do the financing myself. The salesperson would never get back with me about the pay off. Then they sell another warranty after you get into financing. He said it’s $6 and it covers powertrain. It ended up being $2100 in total it just help me get the 8.54% interest rate. I will never go back to Greenway Kia if Franklin. More

I went to Greenway Kia ready to buy either a Telluride or Sorento. I test drove the telluride and loved it! After telling them what I was looking for we started talking about prices. They had a telluride and Sorento. I test drove the telluride and loved it! After telling them what I was looking for we started talking about prices. They had a telluride and Sorento coming in. They told me it would be $6,000 OVER MSRP. That was what the market was demanding. I was really surprised and told them I would think about it. The next day I called the Memphis and the Jackson Kia dealerships. They all confirmed they are not going over the MSRP price. The Jackson dealer had the exact telluride I was looking for coming in 2 weeks. So I jumped on it. That call saved me 6k! I would NOT buy a car from this dealership and highly recommend calling other dealers in the state (not greenway dealers). You may have to wait a bit longer but it will save you money! BTW, the sales person at Greenway told me he would text me the next day as he would work hard to get them to come off that price and he never did….it didn’t matter. More
This dealership is the worst I've ever dealt with. Bought a 2020 kia forte and no sooner left the lot and the transmission and tach acted erratically shifting hard.Called salesman but no answer. Once I did get ahold of him he said to bring it back to the dealership and he'd make the situation right. He never called me back the next day. I had to call the dealership myself only to be told there was nothing wrong with the car.I drove 2hrs to go see what was going on the car.Salesman took me to see the service manager and then left me to look after the situation. Jason my salesman walked away and never came back to check on me. He should not be a salesman as once the sale is complete he is gone and could care less about you.Two hours later and I'm still sitting here trying to get this car fixed.My advise to potential buyers is STAY AWAY from Frankin Kia. More
Took my 2021 Telluride in to fix sunroof that spontaneously came off track. SIX WEEKS later, I am still waiting on ANY communication regarding the situation. Calls go unanswered.
