After 15 years of driving the same car, I headed out for a new one! Went to a few dealerships and drove several cars until I came to Carnival Kia/Franklin!! I had been to other dealerships where they pushed the hard sell and that is not what Kurt was about. Buying a new car is stressful enough and Kurt walked me through all the paperwork making sure I understood it and also spent quite a bit of time helping me get familiar with the features of the car and making sure I was confortable with everything when I left. I was also introduced to the people in the service and parts departments who were also friendly and explained everything to me. We were interested in the Kia Optima, because of the "looks" of the car and the miles you could get per gallon of gas. Mr Lytle was very nice to work with and not "pushy".
