I was sold a "Cheverolet Silverado LS". It had 28k on the odometer. A week after I purchased the vehicle, the transmission was slipping. I called the dealer and was told to bring it in and trade 28k on the odometer. A week after I purchased the vehicle, the transmission was slipping. I called the dealer and was told to bring it in and trade it out no hassle. When I got there I was informed that I would have to go through the entire lengthy process all over again. I was denied because "collateral not worth amount to be borrowed" by several banks. Then the problem was pawned off on the Chevy dealer. After three weeks of leaving messages, finally one day Jim, the manager Mike Trevino said is the one that told me he would swap out the truck hassle free for something in better condition. Needless to say, I have been trying to trade out of this piece of crap for weeks and of course since it is not an "LS" as implied no one will give me even a fraction of what I owed, and I put 1500 trade down! I have purchased over 20 vehicles from other dealerships and NEVER been treated so poorly or decieved so much. When the "manager" finally called me back, he wouldn't allow me to speak. He referred to me as "dude" numerous times and finally I couldn't take it anymore so I hung up on him. Currently, I am awaiting a call from Jason Henderson. He is the district manager, I will update this review after I speak with him. More
Skip was great in purchasing our 2012 KIA Soul for our daughter. I highly reccommend him as he was open, honest and candid. Tim Blanco is awesome. I had an issue... and he helped resolve it, and he treated me with patience and respect. If you have any problems with your vehicle - ANY problems - just call Tim. A very pleasant vehicle buying experience. I had stopped by the dealership on Sunday, 9/18/2011 to browse the inventory of Kia Sorrentos. I met Dick Jordan that day who was very helpful explaining the feat by the dealership on Sunday, 9/18/2011 to browse the inventory of Kia Sorrentos. I met Dick Jordan that day who was very helpful explaining the features of the Sorrento. No high pressure sales tactics from Dick and I let him know I was only browsing at that time. We made a decision to purchase a new vehicle on 9/20/11. Because of our previous interaction with Dick we decided to stop at Carnival Kia first. I told Dick that we were prepared to make a purchase, provided him a list of options we wanted in our Kia and asked him to show us models that met our desires. We viewed three models. After some discussion we test drove a Sorrento that met most of our desired options. After returning to the sales lot Dick asked me my opinion and answered all of our questions. Again there was no high pressure, just a friendly atmosphere. It was clear that we planned to purchase a Kia Sorrento LX. Dick led us inside, made us comfortable and proceeded to assist us with the purchase. We were able to reach an agreement in short order with the Sales Manager on our trade in value and price of the new Kia. The overall experience at Carnival Kia was the absolutely the best car buying experience I have had in 40 years of purchasing vehicles. I highly recommend Dick Jordan as your nest sales agent if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. I arrived at the dealership in a bad mood due to 1- having to buy a new car & 2- having looked for 2 days with no luck, or help from other dealerships. I was greeted by 3 salespersons before I locked and shut the door to my car. Skip was the one to offer to help. He was nice, professional and was more interested in what I wanted and could afford to pay than he was with selling the highest price car. (the exact opposite circumstance I had just left from a Ford dealer down the street) Once we decided on a vehicle, he offered to drive me to their Nashville dealership where I could see one in the color I wanted. The total time spent negotiating a price and the actual paperwork was less than 30 minutes! I have told several people that this was, by far, the best autobuying experience I have had in 20 years ! Seriously! I highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson! I also dealt with Carlos, who answered all my and my husband's questions. Even though they close at 9:00, we were there until 9:20, just because he wanted to show me all the functions of all the buttons - he has called twice since the sell to see if there are any problems / questions. The stop at Kia of Franklin was a blessing. More
They ripped my 16 year old and sold us a wrecked vehicle and above blue book price. All they are interested in is getting you in a car at a price you are willing to pay a month. The car may not be worth i and above blue book price. All they are interested in is getting you in a car at a price you are willing to pay a month. The car may not be worth it but many of us get wrapped up in the emotion of buying....Don't be stupid they will RIP YOU OFF and not even blink an eye. More

After 15 years of driving the same car, I headed out for a new one! Went to a few dealerships and drove several cars until I came to Carnival Kia/Franklin!! To say the least, I was sold on the Optima at f a new one! Went to a few dealerships and drove several cars until I came to Carnival Kia/Franklin!! To say the least, I was sold on the Optima at first site. However, it was the great personality, knowledge of the vehicle and patience of Tracy Davis that really impressed me and my husband!! From the test drive to the final signature on the forms, he was a true professional. What a great experience to find a car AND a salesperson with exceptional traits! TRACY DAVIS - YOU ROCK!!!!! My experience with Carnival Kia was exceptional from the first inquiry I made all the way to the end of the transaction. Kurt was absolutely wonderful to work with and really wanted to make sure that I purchased a car that I would be happy with. I had been to other dealerships where they pushed the hard sell and that is not what Kurt was about. Buying a new car is stressful enough and Kurt walked me through all the paperwork making sure I understood it and also spent quite a bit of time helping me get familiar with the features of the car and making sure I was confortable with everything when I left. I was also introduced to the people in the service and parts departments who were also friendly and explained everything to me. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car!! More
