I had done my research and found the KIA Forte to be the best choice for my needs. I e-mailed Carnival KIA in Franklin and Carlos Lynes contacted me to set up a time for a test drive. Carlos was very friendly to me and informative regarding the functionality of the car, pointing out all of the features to include "under-the-hood" (which is unsual for dealerships when assisting a woman). Carlos and the management of Carnival KIA of Franklin went out of their way to find a car with the features I wanted in the color I wanted. While waiting for the car, I was taken around the dealership and introduced to the service and sales staff who acted like I was the most important person they had met all day! All and all, Carlos and the rest of the Carnival KIA staff made my car buying experience fun! More

Replaced my totalled 2009 Optima with a 2011 Optima. Wanted to be back where I was before the accident in car and payment and they made that possible. I cannot say enough about the protection this car provided me...just some bumps and bruises...the other driver was blinded by the sun and turned into me...neither of us really hurt and both cars totalled. My experience with Carnival Kia Franklin has been great. The salesman was informative and was able to get a lower interest rate than I could have gotten at the credit union. The part was ordered and replaced quickly on my next visit. Overall I am very pleased with the dealership. A bluetooth button on the steering wheel was defective and was replaced under warranty also. Was referred to Mike Jay by my best friend. My son and I were shopping for a car for him. I will be honest, I hate car shopping! I hate someone trying to put me in a car that I can't afford. He very politely showed me what they had and only when I inquired about a car above my price range did he tell me about that car. He never ever was pushy. He definitely was my idea of the person I wanted to work with. We left the dealership and visited 4 other dealerships in Franklin over the next few days. No one compared to Mike in his ability to connect with us. We returned to carnival Kia and bought a car from mike. Unfortunately Mike was off that day but with the also pleasant team members Alex, Mike T and Brian , my son drove his new car home. I can guarantee that the next time we need to buy a car, I will once again start my search with Mike Jay. He made my dread of car shopping very pleasant by not being a typical pushy sales person.
