My first time buying a BRAND NEW 2012 Kia Forte!!! Carlos Lynes helped me out; understood what I was looking for, the style and color, and my full-time student budget. Was hesitant to enter my information in the computer but I am so glad that I did. Kurt repsponded to all of my questions, and believe me there were many. Me and my wife just moved to town and are car was going to die that day could tell by the way it sounded. I stopped by KIA to test drive a car, not planning on purchasing that day but in the near future. Needless to say, I had an Optima in less than 24 hours! I worked with Art who is great! I also spoke with so many other people who worked there because of them being so friendly. Easy atmosphere, I loved it. Tracy was exceptional in working out all of the details regarding my purchase, and Art made sure I was getting the right car for me by comparing all options and models within my requests. I wrapped things up with Tim, and he immediately makes you feel like you've known him for years. These guys are great. I was really impressed and enjoyed their personalities, humor, and professionalism. I've been researching cars online for 5 months. Kia was the first stop in my search for a new car, and that's where it ended! I never even went to any other dealers. When I pulled in that day I had just told a friend I was not buying a car today...but I'm so glad I was wrong...I love my Optima!!! If the employees there wouldn't have been so nice and friendly and real, I would have gone elsewhere. It was a very enjoyable experience and one I would highly recommend to others. More
