Me and my wife just moved to town and are car was going to die that day could tell by the way it sounded. I stopped by KIA to test drive a car, not planning on purchasing that day but in the near future. Needless to say, I had an Optima in less than 24 hours! I worked with Art who is great! Tracy was exceptional in working out all of the details regarding my purchase, and Art made sure I was getting the right car for me by comparing all options and models within my requests. I wrapped things up with Tim, and he immediately makes you feel like you've known him for years. These guys are great. I was really impressed and enjoyed their personalities, humor, and professionalism. I've been researching cars online for 5 months. Kia was the first stop in my search for a new car, and that's where it ended! I never even went to any other dealers. When I pulled in that day I had just told a friend I was not buying a car today...but I'm so glad I was wrong...I love my Optima!!! If the employees there wouldn't have been so nice and friendly and real, I would have gone elsewhere. It was a very enjoyable experience and one I would highly recommend to others. More

Carlos was very friendly to me and informative regarding the functionality of the car, pointing out all of the features to include "under-the-hood" (which is unsual for dealerships when assisting a woman). Carlos and the management of Carnival KIA of Franklin went out of their way to find a car with the features I wanted in the color I wanted. While waiting for the car, I was taken around the dealership and introduced to the service and sales staff who acted like I was the most important person they had met all day! All and all, Carlos and the rest of the Carnival KIA staff made my car buying experience fun! More
