The staff was very knowledgeable of the car we were purchasing. Other dealerships we had gone to couldn't tell us about the cars unless they looked at the sticker. They gave us a good price on a fully loaded Soul, and a fair price on our trade in. Since the fully loaded Soul was in high demand, they had trouble securing one, but in the end got exactly what we wanted. I'd've recommend this dealership to anyone, and I'm really enjoying my first Kia. I'll be a return customer. More

Oh my goodness skip was great. We done everything on the internet and by phone , so when we got there the only thing left to do was test drive and sign. Took longer for me to get in touch with my insurance internet and by phone , so when we got there the only thing left to do was test drive and sign. Though my actual purchase was made with Skip (who was very cool to work with), everyone at Carnival Kia of Franklin, from sales to finance, was happy to help me and answer any question I had without pres very cool to work with), everyone at Carnival Kia of Franklin, from sales to finance, was happy to help me and answer any question I had without pressuring me. And when an "act of God" got in between me and my new purchase, they were happy to lend me a dealer vehicle while mine was being delivered. When I went to pick up my new 2012 Optima EX, Skip seemed as excited as I was and went over all of the new "bells and whistles" with me and filled up the tank before I headed home. It's such a great car and the guys and girls at Carnival Kia of Franklin made me feel right at home! More
Contacted Carnival by internet to get a price on a new KIA Forte EX. Explained in detail what I was looking for, options, timing for a purchase. Kurt greeted me as Mike was working with another customer, and picked things up from there. Kurt was very good at walking me through the details, answering my questions, and discussing my purchase/financing/lease options. He is superb at customer service. I then stopped back later that same day with my wife who had some questions of her own. Kurt was also very helpful in working with her. 96 hours after initial contact I purchased the car. At very step the Carnival team was helpful, friendly and professional. I have met the Service team, so when that time comes I have a face and a name to work with in that step of car ownership. A good overall experience all the way around...and good work by Kurt, Mike and the Carnival team. More
