When I went to pick up my new 2012 Optima EX, Skip seemed as excited as I was and went over all of the new "bells and whistles" with me and filled up the tank before I headed home. Contacted Carnival by internet to get a price on a new KIA Forte EX. Explained in detail what I was looking for, options, timing for a purchase. Kurt greeted me as Mike was working with another customer, and picked things up from there. Kurt was very good at walking me through the details, answering my questions, and discussing my purchase/financing/lease options. He is superb at customer service. I then stopped back later that same day with my wife who had some questions of her own. Kurt was also very helpful in working with her. 96 hours after initial contact I purchased the car. At very step the Carnival team was helpful, friendly and professional. I have met the Service team, so when that time comes I have a face and a name to work with in that step of car ownership. A good overall experience all the way around...and good work by Kurt, Mike and the Carnival team. More
