I recently purchased my first brand new car, a 2012 Kia Soul, from Carnival Kia of Franklin. I left my home in Murfreesboro at 9am, went and spoke with Skip and picked out my car in Franklin, and was back home by noon. Out of the four great sales consultants that I’ve had in by car-purchasing career, Skip is by far my favorite. I would recommend Carnival Kia of Franklin to anyone, but only if they ask for Skip! The staff was very knowledgeable of the car we were purchasing. Other dealerships we had gone to couldn't tell us about the cars unless they looked at the sticker. Since the fully loaded Soul was in high demand, they had trouble securing one, but in the end got exactly what we wanted. Oh my goodness skip was great. We done everything on the internet and by phone , so when we got there the only thing left to do was test drive and sign.
