I had a great experience at Carnival Kia, the sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. First, let me say I would rather have a root canal than go through purchasing a car....Until now. Andrae McCarter was the Sales Consultant that work with us through the process and he couldn't have been mo go through purchasing a car....Until now. Andrae McCarter was the Sales Consultant that work with us through the process and he couldn't have been more accommodating. No pressure, no gimmicks, always respectful and always making sure we got the information we needed so we could make informed decisions. Andrae is a "Class Act". Thank you again. Tracy Davis, worked hard to get us taken care of in a timely fashion. We purchased 2 cars at the same time and were on a bit of a time crunch, and although it took a while, under the circumstances well within acceptable time period. He too could not have been nicer to us. Thank you. Tim Blanco took care of the financing and he too was courteous, informative and always tried to make sure our questions were answered. I recently purchased a Kia Sorento from Carnival Kia of Franklin. Though it was apparent I was in need of a new car, I didn't feel "pressured" to make a purchase. My son and I began our search for a good/affordable used vehicle for him at the Franklin location on 3/24/12. We drove around the used car lot first, but we both were interested in the variety of NEW cars o vehicle for him at the Franklin location on 3/24/12. We drove around the used car lot first, but we both were interested in the variety of NEW cars on the lot. Upon stopping we were met by Art Diaz, who was very pleasant to speak with and inquisitive as to our interest and informative as to the options. We wanted to shop around other locations a while before making a decision and upon asking he gave us his business card and pamphlet on the "Sportage". We made a few more stops, only to discover that it was near impossible to get my son into a pre-owned vehicle (little/no credit established), so we decided to come back and talk to Art to see what the chances would be with a NEW vehicle. Well my son test drove a new Sportage and fell in love immediately with it and after workign through the finances and a few other things he drove away that afternoon in his 1st NEW vehicle. Art was super in working with us on getting us close to a comfortable monthly payment, which was our biggest concern, and with the help of Finance Manager Tim Blanco, the day ended perfectly. Carnival Kia of Franklin is fortunate to have employees like these guys... I will definetly continue doing business with this llocation. More
