I wanted to get a ford escape but my husband did research on Kia and I'm glad he did. The ford was more expensive for less. The Kia's were less expensive and you get more bang for your buck. I would not visit this dealership in the future. I felt pressured to walk out of there with a new 2012 Kia and the options for a used Kia like I wanted were not made available as they should have been. After test-driving the Kia Sorento, there was a strange howling noise coming from the rear of the vehicle and the salesperson couldn't explain the noise. It was all about the sale for them! All he cared about was putting me in a new Kia. I will not go back to this dealership! More
