I have to say that I truly enjoyed this car buying experience. I stopped by the dealership just to check out the deals and ended up leaving with a new car for my husband. As a person who NEVER makes l experience. I stopped by the dealership just to check out the deals and ended up leaving with a new car for my husband. As a person who NEVER makes large purchases without doing a lot of leg work and research it was incredible that Jonathan was able to get me to walk off the lot with a car. The deal was that great! This is probably the first time in 10 years I have made a major purchase and not second guessed my purchase after it happened. I will come back and buy a car from this Kia dealership for as long as I live in Tennessee; I truly hope that Jonathan will be there each time I do. I have to give a shout out to Andre as well! Both these guys are a blast to talk to and work with. More

You guys are a joke. You are why there are so many used car dealer jokes in the world. I needed a car. You sold me Tabitha's Jeep. It's amazing and I love it. B50ut you lied to me. It's tires were bad car dealer jokes in the world. I needed a car. You sold me Tabitha's Jeep. It's amazing and I love it. B50ut you lied to me. It's tires were bad. Your stooge Greg PROMISED me he would fix it. I had to spend $850 two weeks after purchase to replace bad tires. I have yet to hear from promise boy Greg. Joke number 1. Your sales manager...who I didn't even see on your sight...probably fired...was joke number two. When I returned 1 DAY LATER he talked in third person and could have cared less. He made his money. In short. Chris Bostick and his whole scheme is a joke. Liars. And it's more insulting to see him parading around...creepy as he is...especially at Christmas...proclaiming all of the good he does. He employs liars. They are rude. And liars. And being raised as I was...a man's word is his promise. Greg Hunter is a classic example. He is still telling people he's "gonna get me tires"...since November of 2011. It's June you moron!! But I'm sure you're leaning forward and taking what Mr Bostick is dishing out. Hence the reason I had to make your lie right. You guys are a joke. And I will devote my life to ensuring everyone I come in contact with knows this. All I wanted is for you to deliver on what you promised. Nothing more. Instead you choose to lie. And deceive. And make no attempt whatsoever to make your promise right. You're going to know me for a very very long time. And Chris...I blame you. You own this business? You own who you employ. They are liars. Which makes you a liar. Please rethink the Christmas commercials. I was raised in a true Christian home. We owned what we lack. And we made a promise to a man right. And still do. That's why my business flourishes with little to no ads. And you're on every cut rate late night channel you can get your lying hands on. Good luck with that....you're going to hear from me again. I promise. More
Kurt Lytle and I exchanged emails and set a time to meet at the dealership. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the "easy laid back" experience. The first thing Kurt did, after the introd at the dealership. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at the "easy laid back" experience. The first thing Kurt did, after the introductions, was to find out what our hot buttons and deal breakers were. Kurt then proceeded to eliminate out concern about the deal breakers. In fact he showed us features we didn't know we wanted. The next thing was to show us the hot button items, most of which also happened to be part of the deal breaker experience. The came the demo drives. We discussed the need for both power and fuel economy. We actually wanted a V6. Kurt told us we would be surprised at the DGI 4 cylinder engine's power. After driving both the 4 and V6, we selected the 4. Kia was our first hands on visit in our evaluations and both Kurt and the Kia Sorento set the bar SOOOOOOO high that on the way to our next visit my wife and I almost blew the rest off. We didn't though and ultimately called Kurt the next day and finalized the deal over the phone. How awsome is that. No haggling, very little disagreement, and the vehicle was delivered to our house where the rest of the paperwork was finalized. Kurt then spent some time going over the "fine points" of the Sorento and gave us the FOBS. My wife hates to car shop with me because I tend to "verbally beat up" car salesmen. With Kurt she loved the experience because it was Easy Easy Easy. We have already recommended both Carnival Kia of Franklin and Kurt Lytle to anyone we talk to. More
I met Jonathan while doing a "drive by". You know, the "I don't really want to talk to anyone, I just want to look." I was beyond pleasantly surprised when Jonathan didn't turn out to be one of know, the "I don't really want to talk to anyone, I just want to look." I was beyond pleasantly surprised when Jonathan didn't turn out to be one of those typical sales men. I'm in sales myself so I'm very familiar with typical sales, the quotas, the mark-up, the up-sells. Jonathan provided an amazing experience with none of that. He was a no-pressure, honest salesman. He gave me likes and dislikes about the vehicles I was inquiring about and was very thorough in figuring out what my needs really were. Looking back, after leaving the dealership, I realized what a pleasant experience it had been to work with him as he was very knowledgable about all the vehicles and really enjoyed what he does. Not just the literal aspect of selling cars, but he seems to enjoy working with people. He is passionate and it really shows. There was no time that I felt as if I was being "sold" and that is very important to me. I felt as if he really had my needs were truly important and not just another car that needed to be moved. I recommend anyone looking for a car to give him the opportunity to surprise you. Thank you for such a great experience, Jonathan! More
If you're planning a trip to Carnival Kia Franklin, make sure you ask to visit with Mr. Jonathan Underwood. First, Jonathan's hospitality is second-to-none...he may seem like "that car salesman-guy" at firs sure you ask to visit with Mr. Jonathan Underwood. First, Jonathan's hospitality is second-to-none...he may seem like "that car salesman-guy" at first, but as soon as you get over your initial fear of "that car salesman-guy," you will understand that Jonathan is really just a great guy period. Secondly, Jonathan is honest. I went to this dealership to look at a Kia Soul. After discussing my budget, he pulled out a used 2011 Chevy HHR...not what I was expecting. I thought I'd give it a try (mainly because Jonathan was such a nice person and he had been working so hard & patiently with me). The car surprised me and I ended up loving it after a test-run. After telling him so, he looked at me and said "My father has one of these cars...I hate it." Have you ever experienced such honesty with a car dealer?! I appreciated that. I did end up purchasing the vehicle, and he and his staff all but bent over backwards to get me close enough to my budget (ended up paying a little more than I wanted to, actually...). I was glad to support Jonathan, earn him one more tally on the sales sheet, and lastly recommend him to anyone reading this site. I'll also say, although I have only had one experience to this point, the service department at Carnival Franklin seems to be top notch. I purchased the HHR before they had a chance to really go through a thorough inspection. Jonathan insisted that the vehicle needed 2 new tires and the service department followed through - giving me 2 tires on the house. They also performed a free alignment, oil change, balance/rotation, brake cleaning, etc. (something they probably do on most used vehicles when they arrive, but I had already had the car for a week and they still followed through with this service - again, at Jonathan's persistence). Overall, I'm very happy and love my new used car. Please see Jonathan and support him - he knows what he's doing and above else is truly PASSIONATE about it! Just do it. More

I purchased a Kia SUV from Kurt Lytle. It was the best car buying experience I've had. He was patient, listened to what I wanted, and never overbearing. He was laid back, but always eager to help.
