Art was great to work with while picking out my new Kia Optima. He was very friendly, professional, and he listened to what I wanted to get out of a car. After spending 2 years looking at the Kia Optima we happened on the Carnival Kia of Franklin during a Saturday afternoon drive. We had not intend to buy a car that day, we were just 'just looking' and happened on the Carnival Kia of Franklin during a Saturday afternoon drive. We had not intend to buy a car that day, we were just 'just looking' and comparing. We were greeting as we walked up to the door by Wes and he treated us like a friend, not a sale. We explained what we were interested in and he showed us what we were looking for - the Kia Optima SXT. We took the car for a test drive - back roads, expressway, etc. We really got to put the car through its paces on all different types of roads - to our satisfaction. Sorry Wes, if I scared you. Once we returned to the dealership we were introduced to Alex Kumi who talked with us extensively about the car. Once we ironed out the price and financing, we finished the paperwork. Alex had the car detailed and then spent considerable time explaining all the bells and whistles on our car. I only have one regret in our purchasing this car - I was sorry that Chris (owner - "Don't you leave until you see me") wasn't at the dealership, but hope to meet him in the future. More

I had been to the dealership before to look at cars and I really liked the Forte. I decided to wait and came back. Also Kurt went all the way to hickory hollow to pick up the color of car and interior I wanted. Kurt even sat in the car with me and showed me how everything works and synced my phone to the Bluetooth which is amazing! I had never had someone show me all that stuff, but this was also my first new car. I would highly recommend them. More

They Dropped the Ball on getting my other car paid off. If it was not for my wife following up and inationating phone calls on why the car was not paid off it would have been worse than what it was. We Bought a 2013 kia Optima and they recieved the pay off check on june 27. But the car was not paid off until july 11 causing us to have a late payment on a car loan. WE have never been late. One more day and we would have accured a late fee. When we tried to talk to someone in Finace the Women dismissed me and would not give me any answer I had to talk to the girl who takes care of the pay offs and she NEVER called me Back. I had to talk to a sale manager who took this issue and handled it. After serveral phone calls and calls to the bank and the frustration it was finally taken care of. More

I was so incredibly excited to get a new car as a graduation present, and he kept my excitement growing throughout the entire experience outstanding. He was very professional and thorough and helped me understand every thing about my new car from the explanation of the costs to how to set up blue tooth on my phone. I left Kia with a huge smile on my face, and I felt that Kurt was genuinely interested in making me as happy of a customer as he possibly could. My husband and I feel like we can call Kurt if we have any questions or issues with the new Sportage, and we will be referring any of our friends or family that are looking to get a new car! More
