I DO NOT LIKE SHOPPING FOR CARS. With this being said, Kurt Lytle was wonderful to work with. He made sure I understood all the features of the car as well as all of the paperwork/facts/figures and genuinely looked out for my interests when it was time to discuss price with the General Sales Manager. While I still DO NOT LIKE SHOPPING FOR CARS, I would recommend Kurt to one and all for their automobile needs and I would readily contact him again should I need another vehicle. More

Although this was my wife's first time buying a car, I have had several experiences buying my own and shopping with friends and family. I must say this was the best experience that I have ever had. Although my wife and I arrived at the dealership approximately 20 minutes before the dealership even opened, Ryan welcomed us in, gave us bottled water and started helping us immediately. Skip and Ryan both did an awesome job of really taking a lot of time with us to show us the two cars that we looked at. Skip and Ryan really explained the cars, the features, the buying process, ownership, and maintenance. They even showed us some tricks for maintenance. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, said hello, looked professional, and congratulated us on our purchase. Working with Skip and Ryan was fun and they made it exciting, to look at the two cars. Skip and Ryan also made it a point to focus on our needs and budget. There was no pressure and no haggling. In 1.5 hours I traded in my truck got the car I wanted it was detailed and the fuel tank full and I was driving home in my 2013 optima!! After having a disappointing experience at a local CarMax, I was really discouraged in trying to purchase a vehicle. I heard a commercial on the way home for Carnival Kia, so when I got home I called CarMax, I was really discouraged in trying to purchase a vehicle. I heard a commercial on the way home for Carnival Kia, so when I got home I called and spoke to Alex. I told him my situation and he was confident that he would be able to help me out. He advised me to fill out an online credit application and we would go from there. An hour later Alex gave me a call back and told me they were still working on the application and he would call me the next day. So 9 o'clock on the dot the next morning he gave me a call with the good news that I was preapproved and to bring in my trade in that evening. That night within a few hours after arriving I was driving off the lot in my new 2013 Kia Forte. I absolutely love my new car. The best part of my experience was how Alex explained everything in detail and helpped me understand a few issues. I will definately be back in a few years to by my daughter her first car. More
Initially we stopped to look at what KIA had to offer. My husband noticed Mr. Crump as he approached, we asked to look at a few vehicles. My husband asked questions about the Sorento, what KIA could offer us,etc. Mr. Crump took our questions to the manager/finance officer and brought us an acceptable deal. The color of our Sorento,the test drive, the financing,the whole staff as well as our salesman felt somewhat pre~ordained! That may sound like a crazy statement but I cannot describe it any differently. We had a very positive experience with KIA.And I might add that while we were there we talked with a couple of KIA owners that told us we would enjoy our purchase, that they have. Yea for KIA, Yea for T Crump and Yea for us! Kathy and Les More
