My wife and I went into this dealer because their TV ad says "if you make $350.00 a week I will approve your credit"! Now we went in and told them we had issues, they said its ok, we will work through it. says "if you make $350.00 a week I will approve your credit"! Now we went in and told them we had issues, they said its ok, we will work through it. I was then told after blasting my credit to about 30 places, I could go to a "Buy here Pay Here" lot! Quite Apparently, THEY CAN NOT Approve Everyone as the AD States!! Therefore they should not be allowed to practice false, deceptive, and misleading ADVERTISING!!! I thought there were laws against this practice??? Moral of Story, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER unless you have perfect CREDIT OR CASH!! THEY LIE! More
My husband and I went into the Carnival Kia of Franklin because we needed to trade in our car. My mother had referred us to them. Our salesman was Alex Kumi. We didn't think we would be able to buy a new car, but Alex did everything he could to make sure we were able to purchase a car that day. He was very friendly and personable. Vince was courteous, friendly, and, honest. He never faltered, even when I produced my printout with all the standard features, plus the features of the various packages available on the 2012 Kia Optima faltered, even when I produced my printout with all the standard features, plus the features of the various packages available on the 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid, or when I pointed out the MSRP for said features, plus the cost to Kia, plus the true market value. Yes, I had all that handy. He was great to work with, as was everybody else at Kia. I love the new car and will definitely recommend Carnival Kia - Franklin to my friends and direct them towards Vince since he did such a great job dealing with me at the point of sale, and with my follow-up questions. T.C. was was very friendly, knowledgeable, and straight forward in his presentation. My wife and I were apprehensive as to whether we would be able to get into a new car, but T.C. and Carnival Kia of Frank forward in his presentation. These guys do it right. I hate the car buying process...actually I despise it. Mostly because of old experiences where a dealer is trying to scam you into paying a higher price for something you process...actually I despise it. And then on top of that, the back and forth between the salesman and the sales manager is just ridiculous. I say bring your best price first and lets make a deal...and thats exactly what Carnival Kia did. Keith Edwards took the time to learn about what I needed and what I wanted. He didn't try to drill me with facts or unwanted info about the vehicles. He asked questions. I'm pretty thourough when I do my research and when Keith saw that I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, he focused on how he could get what I wanted, since it wasn't in inventory. Long story short...he and Jim Galuszka found the perfect car, one model year newer being delivered that week. And on top of that, Jim came to the table with his best deal UPFRONT. No back and forth. No "let me go rework some numbers." It was a killer deal the first time. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Carnival Kia Franklin are doing car sales the way it should be done. I absolutely love my Forte 5 EX. It is the perfect car for me. And I can't thank these guys enough. I will be a repeat customer.
