I really needed to buy a car but knew that credit would be an issue. Come to find out I didn't know anything. I worked with Jonathan and he was able to work miracles. Franklin might be a trek from Rivergate but it was worth it... Many times over. Should you need back up during the zombie apocalypse or need someone to dance and make you laugh because you are just having a bad day, Jonathan, is your man. I've never had a brand new vehicle in my 40 years. He sets himself above any salesman there by not pressuring you into a specific vehicle where he would make the most profit, but we will listen to your wants and needs and find you the best vehicle that would suit you. He is very down-to-earth and easy going, and will assist you any way he can. You will not find a better employee at Carnival Kia. Not only did he assist me with finding the right vehicle and got me the remarkable payment, but he gave me great advice about credit rebuilding. His customer service skills are unmatched by any other and I have developed the upmost respect for him as a professional and person. I Had my 2013 Kia Optima EX. brought in for service for some warranty work. the GPS decided it was in Michigan not Tennessee. i am sure Michigan is nice, but... Anje did her best to keep me happy along with Lyle the salesman that helped me purchase my Optima. While I was disappointed, I gave Carnival Kia an opportunity to make my GPS right. There was also a problem with the rear Dome Lamp assembly too related I suspect to the GPS Dorsal issue. Uncertain. In any case it did take 2 visits to resolve my Dome Lamp issue. I am not deterred by this blip on the automobile radar. I have been involved with cars for over 45 years plus as a hobby and passion. So I know how bad things could get. Anje and the folks at Carnival keep my faith that trying new things does not have to be worrisome. I have never owned a Kia before, so I did have trepidation's here a bit. Except for the time the part took for the 2 times this repair needed to be done, none of which is Anje's fault, the issues were resolved, and my 2013 Kia Optima EX is doing exceptionally well. I keep my cars always near museum clean. I love all my cars, and with the great support at Carnival Kia of Franklin, I will continue being a fan of my newest of automobiles, my 2013 Kia Optima EX. I would call this dealer monumental if that word could be applied to a car dealership. I went to Carnival Kia of Franklin with a terrible credit and Johnathan Underwood found a way for me to leave in a 2010 applied to a car dealership. I went to Carnival Kia of Franklin with a terrible credit and Johnathan Underwood found a way for me to leave in a 2010 Nissan Versa that I am absolutely satisfied with. Jonathan listened to my needs and capabilities and was able to work something out for me in my budget, but he didn't stop there, he also gave my little brother some unsolicited credit advice and now we are both motivated to up those scores. Myself being 23 and my little brother being 22, he helped us out a lot. We hope to return to this same Carnival Kia with higher credit scores for an upgrade and to get my little brother a new car, just like he did. Jonathan, it is my opinion that anyone who walks into that dealership should not leave until they see you sir...forget the guy on the commercials. n (PS. I saw him while I was leaving....my brother and I both screamed "He does exist!!!" and he politely waved at us as we were leaving) THIS IS AN AWESOME PLACE!!!!! More
We bought a 2013 Sorento EX about a week ago, and absolutely love everything about it. Our sales associate, Art Diaz, was great to work with. We were looking to buy our first SUV (have driven Toyota sedans for decades). KIA was not originally on our radar, but during our vehicle research kept seeing KIAs highly rated for quality, reliability, and price. Met Art on my first visit to the dealership, and made it clear I just wanted to test drive a Sorento EX. There was no pressure from Art during this initial visit, and after the test drive exchanged contact information. After two weeks of additional research we decided the Sorento EX was the vehicle we wanted to pursue. Returned to the dealership and worked out a preliminary deal. We told them we wanted a day to thing about it, and they did not hassle us about that decision. We returned the next day and bought the car. Yes it took some time to finalize the price and other details, and to work with financing, but really no different experience than we had with our regular Toyota dealer. My wife and I would both highly recommend Carnival KIA of Franklin. More
