My experience with Kurt Lytle and Kia in Franklin was very good. They were accommodating as far as me being able to test drive the vehicles I was interested in. Kurt's knowledge was very good. If he didn't have an answer to any of my questions, he did what it took to get me a satisfactory answer. I rated "price" as good. It was a fair price for both sides, but it would take almost a miracle for me to rate any price as "great." That term is very hard to earn in my book and rarely achieved based on my definition. I just don't drop terms like that easily. That said, it was a pleasant experience. I would certainly consider going back to them again for future car needs and would highly recommend you ask for Kurt when you do visit Kia Franklin. More

I visited this dealership looking for a new or preowned vehicle. I spoke with Jonathan Underwood on the phone who assured me that i was preapproved. He tried to sell me the biggest piece of crap on the lot, never gave me a price range of vehicles i could buy, and i felt like i was playing deal or no deal. I was up there for over an hour and they never even showed me a car. I spoke with Bryan at Shoals University Kia in Sheffield Al, and he offered me a better deal than Franklin. I went straight to alabama and drove home a 2013 Kia Forte with much lower payments than Franklin offered. I would highly advise you not to go to this dealership. Call Bryan at Shoals Kia and talk to him! He will do you right!!!! More
I walked into Carnival KIA of Franklin expecting that I wasn't going to get what I wanted due to credit issues. I did some looking at their Pre-Owned inventory so it wasn't so bad to walk out with one of wasn't going to get what I wanted due to credit issues. It was used when i bought the vehicle but only 18k miles and i was second owner. I had no idea that would play as a factor in getting a new /used vehicle here at Carnival KIA. I talked with online with a internet chat rep and made an appointment with Kurt Lytle. I arrived and did all the paperwork stuff and told Kurt what vehicle I wanted, which was the KIA Sorento. After checking my credit rating and background I wasnt approved for that vehicle. He did suggest the Sedona and after some talking with my wife I conceded to get approved for a 2013 Sedona. I did put a big I didnt want that vehicle again since it was to big for just me and my wife. Kurt did listen to what i had said but to no avail I wasnt approved for that either so pre-owned was the way. I was happy with that decision and was approved for that. Kurt and I talked about how Pre-owned are certified and all, and went to get some keys for a test drive. When Kurt returned the Sales Manager Bill ( if i got his name correct ) meet Kurt outside with a vehicle. I stood up put my jacket on cause i seen the vehicle pull up. It looked like a Sorento and I went to check it out. (just curios on what was missing out on). Kurt opened the door and introduced me to the Manager and said Congratulations Your approved for the 2013 Sorento. I was like "OMG" Kurt explained how and such and I was excited to Test drive this SUV ! I never dreamed i would ever get a new vehicle. Kurt Lytle is the salesman you would want when you get to Carnival KIA ! He was super nice(even thou my credit was shot and I didn't shave before going LOL) So if your thinking of a new vehicle Carnival KIA would be the first step in my book to go !!! and Yes I did see the "Don't you leave til you see me" guy(Chris) even thou he just had motor oil spilled on his shirt from the service area! THANK KURT AND CARNIVAL KIA !!!!!!!!!! More

I really needed to buy a car but knew that credit would be an issue. Come to find out I didn't know anything. I worked with Jonathan and he was able to work miracles. Franklin might be a trek from Rivergate but it was worth it... Many times over. Should you need back up during the zombie apocalypse or need someone to dance and make you laugh because you are just having a bad day, Jonathan, is your man. I've never had a brand new vehicle in my 40 years. He sets himself above any salesman there by not pressuring you into a specific vehicle where he would make the most profit, but we will listen to your wants and needs and find you the best vehicle that would suit you. He is very down-to-earth and easy going, and will assist you any way he can. You will not find a better employee at Carnival Kia. Not only did he assist me with finding the right vehicle and got me the remarkable payment, but he gave me great advice about credit rebuilding. His customer service skills are unmatched by any other and I have developed the upmost respect for him as a professional and person.
