As Kia service customers, we have come to appreciate Anje Clay. She is the best. She listens, explains things very well and is always friendly and cheerful. My husband and I found a vehicle online that we liked and decided to go ahead and put in an application for the vehicle. It was 8:00 at night. Within a few moments, Kurt Lytle called us back and set an appointment for us to come in. We went in, test drove the vehicle and left wanting to think about it. Kurt called us the next day and helped us get to the price we wanted to pay and got the paperwork together. It took less than an hour. The whole process was very professional and timely. Everyone there was nice, especially Kurt Lytle. I would recommend him and Carnival Kia to anyone looking for a vehicle that doesn't want to deal with the "in-your-face" that you get at many dealerships. More

This is the 2nd purchase I have made from Kia of Franklin. My salesperson was Kurt both times. He was wonderful, taking the time to answer my questions, and very accomodating to my insane schedule. Lyle Madison was very friendly to my wife and I and he worked very hard to get us the best deal possible. We both felt comfortable with him and never felt pressured at all. When we went back to get running boards put on, he even loaned us his personal vehicle to drive so we would not have to sit it waiting room for a couple of hours.. Very nice of him to do that.
