I started looking on line for and SUV. I looked at the Rav4, the Hundai Tuscon, and finally the Kia Sportage. I had really liked and wanted the Rav4 a few days ago but they sold the suv to someone else a Rav4, the Hundai Tuscon, and finally the Kia Sportage. I had really liked and wanted the Rav4 a few days ago but they sold the suv to someone else after my salesman had left for the day. Everything happens for a reason. I waited a week and bought my new sportage. I emailed back and forth with Tracy for a few days. I arrived at the showroom and met Marc. Tracy was with another client and Marc took over from there. Needless to say...they were both GREAT. I now have a new 2013 Sportage and could not be more pleased. Tabatha was very attentive and informative. I will recommend the Kia folks to anyone. Went in for an oil change on my old Kia and ended up buying a new Kia. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. After test driving an Optima for two weeks prior to my purchase, I knew that is the car that I wanted. My wife contacted Jonathon through the internet and then talked to him on the phone. after I spoke wi purchase, I knew that is the car that I wanted. My wife contacted Jonathon through the internet and then talked to him on the phone. after I spoke with him on the phone I thought this is the guy I wanted to buy my car from. when we arrived the next day, Jonathon was very helpful and patient with us. I dread buying a new car about as much as I dread going to the Doctor. Jonathon did not make us feel this way at all. He thoroughly went over all the details of the purchase. My credit score is by far the best and I was assured that Jonathon would do whatever it took to make sure we were leaving in a new Optima. The best thing about the whole deal is that my credit will get back on track thanks to Jonathon and his credit rebuilding. When I am ready to buy a new ride it will be another Kia and my guy will HAVE to be Jonathon. If you are reading this in his little polka dotted notebook like I read all his others, give this guy a real shot at putting you in a Kia. He will not steer( no pun intended) you wrong and you will have a good experience. More

Overall my experience was very good. Brad was very attentive to my needs for a vehicle and my financial situation. I do wish I could have been able to have a lower monthly payment, but am very thankfu attentive to my needs for a vehicle and my financial situation. My biggest disappointment was that the vehicle I purchased was not cleaned inside very well. It appears the previous owner may have had an animal in the car because there was a lot of hair in certain places. There was also a lot of junk between the seats and under one seat and back floor mat there was a large dark spot. It looked like an animal may have thrown up there. I spent quite a lot of time after purchasing the vehicle cleaning the inside of the car. Thank you for your time. Therese Carrier More
