My husband and I happened upon Universal Kia (Franklin) while headed to another dealership on a Sunday afternoon. We came looking specifically for a used Kia Sorento. There were none on the lot, but Mr. Bidwell tried to help us find another vehicle that would satisfy us. We left without purchasing a vehicle but feeling good about our interactions with Billy. Approximately 2 hours later, Mr. Bidwell called to tell us a Kia Sorento had come in and that we should come back to the dealership immediately. We ended up purchasing the car! We were in awe of him immediately thinking of us and giving us a call. We had no intentions of going back out on a Sunday afternoon but his enthusiasm was contagious. Billy was nothing but engaging, knowledgable, and extremely helpful - all without pressuring us to buy the car. He spent time with us demonstrating all of the features of the vehicle and even helped me set up my phone with the car system. He has followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and to ask if we needed additional assistance. My experience with Universal Kia was superb. We had been looking at vehicles for almost 2 weeks and I was mentally exhausted. I did not look forward to talking to another salesperson and truly just wanted this task to be over. I am so happy that we stumbled upon Universal Kia and in particular Mr. Billy Bidwell. We have been blessed! More

I came in to get an oil change right when they were closing, not knowing what time they closed and they went out of their way to change my oil and rotate my tires. I have always been so pleased with th closing, not knowing what time they closed and they went out of their way to change my oil and rotate my tires. I have always been so pleased with the service they provide. they always go above and beyond for their customers. I will definitely be a customer for life because of what they do for me . I also appreciate all of the service technicians staying late to service me. that was a great example of excellent customer service and I appreciate it so much! Daniel was extremely personable, did not waste my time, and was able to listen to my concerns as they related to the VW Jetta that was traded for the Optima. I initially thought I was interested in a 2013 and was able to listen to my concerns as they related to the VW Jetta that was traded for the Optima. I initially thought I was interested in a 2013 used Optima but Daniel explained I would be better off looking at the new Optima models because of the incentives and rebates that could be offered. Having purchased numerous new cars over the years, I have to say that Daniel was the most explanatory and helpful. He programed radio stations, time, explained how I could program my homelink-etc. I have already recommended a friend to take a look Kia and to speak with Daniel! More
I highly recommend the service center. The waiting area is always clean. Has fresh brewed coffee, television if you want to watch, lots of magazines to choose from, comfortable furniture. Anje is really wonderful advisor she always lets me know what needs to be done to my car and when. The service techs do a great job is getting my car fixed and ready to go. This time was an oil change & tire rotation. It was done very quickly without a lot of waiting time. The cashier, Linda Beddow is a wonderful lady who read me what I needed to pay & why for my visit. Anje went over the walk about sheet letting me know what I would need in the future and when. Excellent Service & Care for their customers! More

I started looking on line for and SUV. I looked at the Rav4, the Hundai Tuscon, and finally the Kia Sportage. I had really liked and wanted the Rav4 a few days ago but they sold the suv to someone else a Rav4, the Hundai Tuscon, and finally the Kia Sportage. I had really liked and wanted the Rav4 a few days ago but they sold the suv to someone else after my salesman had left for the day. Everything happens for a reason. I waited a week and bought my new sportage. I emailed back and forth with Tracy for a few days. I arrived at the showroom and met Marc. Tracy was with another client and Marc took over from there. Needless to say...they were both GREAT. I now have a new 2013 Sportage and could not be more pleased. Tabatha was very attentive and informative. I will recommend the Kia folks to anyone.
